Steve Wilks has proved he has what it takes to be HC
Mr. Scot replied to Verge's topic in Carolina Panthers
I read about it from one of the beat writers. But besides that, the fact that Wilks fired him would suggest there's not the greatest relationship there. -

Arizona insisted Wilks hire him as OC. -

McCoy was basically forced on him and Wilks fired him. That's not likely an option. He's worked with Freddie Kitchens and Rob Chudzinski before. -
His makeup is part of the problem. He's the type of guy that throws himself completely into football to the point of near obsession. People like that are very susceptible to burnout. He'll have to decide if he's prepared for that kind of commitment again.

Bucs fan perspective...

There have been tons of get we'll wishes recently and loads of people eulogizing him today. His death was very sudden and unexpected.

Leach coached our own Frankie Luvu in college.

FYI: Kuechly also has a connection to Lions OC Ben Johnson. Johnson was a coaching intern for Boston College all three years Luke played there.

Happened in our front office not long ago with Jeff Morrow. I figured he was ready to retire already but apparently not yet.

It doesn't happen often in the NFL.

I'd keep him as a QB coach

That hasn't been true in a while...

So did everybody else I get your point though.
