I take the reports about Tepper liking players seriously. From what we've seen though, I don't think that means anything.
-
I get the feeling he's gonna make Tepper look like a football genius.

You remember who owns the Colts, right?

This is real... ...and if I'm a Broncos fan, I'm cringing
-
Kinda doubt it.

FYI: One analyst expects the Broncos to go heavy after Shane Steichen with the idea that he might be able to fix Russell Wilson.

Watching Zach Wilson play reminds me EXACTLY of Corral

An unfortunate combination of playing poorly and being an a--hole -

Can't turn on him if you have low expectations to begin with -
It'd make sense

It was enough to win the NVP trophy...

Come on now, he came pretty damn close to winning a championship not that long ago

Pretty sure the NFL requires this as a "just in case".

As weird as this season has been, I'm not even gonna try

Let's hope the next guy shows up.

I'd say his best option is to go back to being a position coach and work his way back up. From what I've been reading though, sounds like he'll be heading back to Green Bay in some capacity.

Forgetting the lessons of history and all that...

Yep, largely because of how I thought he'd handle things, especially staffing. But instead he went in the opposite direction of pretty much everything I expected him to do. With the connections he had between himself and his dad, he could've built a world class staff, but he chose to go with a load of inexperienced or underexperienced options. Then to top it all off, rather than drafting a young signal caller he and Paton blew a huge wad on Wilson. In essence, Hackett wound up being the head coaching version of David Tepper. It's a reminder that coaching hires, just like quarterback draft picks, are unpredictable.
