Is it coachspeak that he's running Elflein and Jordan with the starters?
-
Now that's a reason to feel positive... And then this
-
That's kind of the thing though. The competition really may be over (or at least should be) but practice reps are still being devoted to it. It's kinda stupid.
-
Oh please do it
-
Renamed?! You always abuse your power!
-
Almost sounds like pro wrestling announcers... They're now alone on that front though
-
Former Panther... Unfortunate typo
-
Bets on who the coach was?
-
Not that it'd help anything but I'd happily slug the dumbsh-t yelling "just beat em up" in that clip myself
-
Our starting five still includes Pat Elflein and Michael Jordan. Say what you want about Bradley Bozeman, but he can play both center and guard. I have a tough time believing he's worth than Elflein, an even tougher time believing he's worse than Jordan, and an extremely tough time believing he's worse than both. Gotta think we could do better at center and Right guard...

Something he probably wouldn't want to hear...
-
What we're hearing now is more along the lines of what I was expecting. Word out of Patriots camp has been that the offense under Patricia is a mess. They may show more talent in individual drills though.

The NFLPA guy...
-
Hey @rayzor, is this pin-worthy?
-
Is he the one that the Browns lost for the season or was that a new guy?
-
I'm familiar with Lazar. He's not somebody I'd call a homer.
-
Worse than Elflein? I think I'd have to see that to believe it.

WR Competition-How many do we Keep? Who gets Cut?
Mr. Scot replied to Michael G's topic in Carolina Panthers
Kirkwood is a guy who actually seems like he'd be worth keeping except that something always happens to him. -
That's...kinda one sided
-
For the record, Preseason 2 is now what Preseason 3 used to be. It's the game that involves the most actual game planning, starters playing etc. This is the one most people pay more attention to. I'm definitely going to be watching closely. I particularly don't want to see our defense looking bad against an offense that's being called by Matt Patricia
-
Ironically (or unironically) because of you-know-who...

"Dog yaps at heels desperately seeking attention"

Not so sure of that.
-
Makes sense That said, the complaints media and others have made about the Panthers being unfriendly still resonate.

I don't know that I'd view what Belichick said as disrespect. He rarely ever gives out any sort of opinion, positive or negative, on much of anyone. If I were to guess his true opinion on Matt Rhule, I'd go back to a line from an episode of Criminal Minds. When an international terrorist is asked "Do you consider (other criminal) an enemy?" he responds "I don't consider him at all."
