    At some point... I've said many times though that my preference for starting a discussion is to ask a question and let people give their thoughts. (as opposed to "Here's my opinion and you know I'm right so everybody deal with it!")

He doesn't like backing down from his asking price, and more often than not, people negotiating with him wind up getting the short end of the stick.
