    Yeah...uh, Dave Tepper is not some mythical godfather like figure. He can't secretly manipulate the legal system or any such goofy idea as that. Watson's case is gonna go through the court system. His best chance at anything was likely a settlement, but it seriously doesn't sound like that's going to happen now. Complain and rant all you want. It's not going to change anything.

    No, we don't "all know it" but it really doesn't matter either way. Regardless of what your feelings are, I wouldn't put any bets on Watson being a Panther at this point.

    Sounded like the Eagles had it in the works before the latest news came out, but now that's been shot down too. Still think that's where he likely ends up...if he ends up anywhere. But with his own lawyers talking about indictments, doesn't sound good.

    Uuuuhhh no, it doesn't... at all. Nevermind that signing anybody "to put butts in seats" is a flat out stupid argument to begin with, but given that his own legal team now thinks there's a high probability of his being indicted, no way. Nobody puts "butts in seats" when they're not on the field.

    That was sudden. I haven't really been a big fan of Al Riveron anyway, but now an old friend of ours will be taking some of his duties.

    Remind me: Wasn't Bouye supposed to start the season suspended for a couple of games anyway? Feels like it was either him or Rashaan Melvin.
