Amen to that

I guess now if we have a big game, we might try getting The Undertaker to give a pregame pep talk

Word was they were trying to keep him. He may have been on an expired contract though. Hard to say.

A lot of us got our wish, and it does seem like McAdoo might have had some influence here.
-
And then there's this... Holy crap
-
He wasn't a great DC but he was a good DL coach.

Yeah, he and McAdoo have a connection from their days in Green Bay.

The good thing is he's one that would be worth keeping even if we move on from Rhule.

You're correct. Should have been the hire last year.

Under our current regime, the better quarterback in training camp is always going to be the one that went to Temple or Baylor.

I'll take "NFL Owners Who Think They're Smart But Actually Don't Have A Clue" for a hundred, Alex.

Being aggressive in free agency and trades wins.

Possible, though either way it can generally be said that following an example set by Jerry Jones is likely to be a bad idea. -

I'm not talking about a specific team. I'm talking about the fans who say they don't care if we're terrible from here to eternity as long as we just win one ring. It's a really stupid mindset. -
They're gonna wind up burning their bridges with Leftwich in order to keep Trent Baalke. Absolute morons

One thing that should be understood: There's not a single NFL coach or GM whose actual goal is to win one Super Bowl and then be mediocre from that point on. They'd have to be pretty stupid to think like that. Fans might like the idea, but for someone in an actual NFL role it'd be the height of ignorance.
