So, yeah, reality of what we are still matters. Unless Penix is going to take the field Sunday and lay an egg in New England our bad offense is still what we need to see get on track and show improvement.

Josh Allen is a playmaker and the closet thing to Cam Newton the league has seen. So yeah, Bryce isn’t…..just like Josh Allen Buffalo does not have better personnel than us across the board on offense. Their leading WR last year was freaking Shakir followed by a disappointing rookie season by rookie WR. We had the most expensive OL in the NFL last year. A rock solid backfield. With comparable WR talent. If give them a clear TE edge but it’s a wash given out OL investment. what they do have is a QB that makes everyone human in the field around him better.

In real time, teams often say things publicly that are different behind the scenes. with Bakers comments today, it wouldn’t be wild for the Panthers to just say we are trading you…..and we will be happy to put it out there you wanted out to make it not look as horrible for you and your career

If you look at the 2020 charts….even Teddy was somewhat consistently getting it 30+ most weeks. that helped his check down game and gave all those guys room to set career highs Bryce is way less threatening than Teddy

I cared about Bryce and the O developing 2025 -I don’t care about wins or losses. I care about the Bryce question and watching our young players develop. it’s nice to see a win on the board vs a loss. In the end, what we are supposed to care about is the offense (because that’s literally all we have been devoted and investing in to the detriment of the roster). Move on or stay, that’s all this season ultimately is about. 3 games in, it’s the same repeating story

Ball in hands. Eyeball test? 100% the answer is Bijan. He also had some big receptions in the first half. Falcons whack gameplan like their 7 pass 2 run scripted opening was all talked about live. They had one run run all first half. Penix then intentionally took a penalty on 3rd and 1….because he didn’t want to run it lol

Bijan looked like the best player on the field first half IMO. When he occasionally got the ball though. I just didn’t see it as some great rush D effort. Seemed it was just Penix and a horrific gameplan more than anything

Falcons averaged 5.5. Bijan averaged 5.7. Penix just imploded the game and it was heavy Penix from the jump. I would wager a run run pass didn’t exist for the Falcons today

Negative. Most just acknowledge Penix pullled a bad Bryce day and totally gifted us one. Just horrible QB play that took the Falcons totally out of that game
