So mel gets to stay on for SEVEN years after the fact, the deal is Clausen was out of the league in 2015.......Mel stays on after stating on TV he'd retire if teh jimmy wasn't successful, then calls out the NFL for not being able to draft QBs?? I swear some people are allowed to get away with BS.....

Many will be in their prime years- dbrown, horn, hunt, BY, lewis, icky, moehrig etc. Then XL, brooks(pray), Wallace, sanders, 2025&2026 draft class will fill in the remaining spots.

Off my memory panthers ran over 63% 2 TEs last year. I dont know if the targets will be there, but he seemed to favor 2 TE sets. That could change this season with more 3 WRs looks, just like the defense I dont know what will be on the field this season. I know they tied the hardest to carry 4 TEs each week, but lots of injuries hit. Matthews ran out of call-ups early. I think he was cut and resigned week one. After some thinking and huffin draft hope, Evans looks like a tremble&sanders combo. I think players will have to show the coaches/Dave they need targets or Carrys, almost force them to be included. Unwise feed Chubba and look for AT on 3rd down.....

My guess there will be games in which Panthers run the ball 38 times and next week 16 times. Just win, whatever it takes...

One thing I heard about evero was, he was a amazing blitz play caller.....3 years later Im still waiting. This is the last straw for me, this year show me. period. I do feel both Ransom and Moehrig can play together or hope that's a option. The NT is no longer a excuse with Bobby brown. Besides they signed turttle and KEPT him after so-so seasons. No excuses, have a old type Panthers defense rank feel to this year or fire his arse mid-season.
