  1. I think the first Mack package is a ballpark- 1st and 3rd.....I feel that's too light. tho He's got 2 years left and what 29(?), but he's a peppers-like alien, so that age doesn't equal "old". Plus best I know, he's been healthy and no big injuries. The worst thing on the resume was the fake n-word and helmet swing on helmentless player. I mean if I was a GM that was very comfy with my roster, Id almost trade too much for him along with giving him new mega deal. If I was 85% sure my team could make the playoff the next two years, I would trade two 1st and maybe even mid-rounder/mid player for him. He's a difference maker. He's a big nerd, no off-field BS like many others. I'd try for less, but Id give up kings haul for him.
  2. If Nico Harrison was the GM this would be possible..
  3. That's the thing, Panthers need a starter more than depth.......yes they need depth too, but that chance at a top end WR could be sitting there at 8. There's a much higher drop off in WR than DL form 8th to 57th. I mean they need a new KR, PR as well. Jesus sooo many holes. Unless you want to put all your chips in the XL or Coker will be the stud..... I prefer to draft Tmac and rack in defenders for the next 4 picks......Then add in TE, RB, and maybe even QB for the true BPA soup and you have my perfect Panthers draft!! Its against my religion but they also need punter, kicker, and LS( equip poop armor )
  4. I was team ladd too, but slot WR << X...which is what we hope XL becomes. That was about the only thing I came up up with favoring XL..
  5. I heard one those draft guru nerds just engulf Walter Nolen as a EASY top 5 surprise/lock.
  6. Watch out for this name- Michael Hoecht OLB. Rams top backup edge and they hired a rams coach for Intel. If the market doesn't get crazy, I think Panthers will make a strong effort. He's "young" too. Just soooo many teams have around 50-80 in cap space, while the Panthers are around 30 with cuts.....
  7. I member Mike mycock, said he'd rather draft Mack over Clowney and no one else in the world agreed with him...... Ended up being right.
  8. There are groups of professionals out there willing to fly into your area and for few extra hundos, let you play dress up with them in your weirdo massage rape fantasy..... \Bonus there's a 99.9999999999996679866% chance no one will know unless you tell them. Kaft couldn't even hire a professional and he was a billionaire. Tucker has plenty of cash too, or should even with lawsuits. Lords always looking after our worst.....
  9. That's true, but those six years are used mainly for negotiations proposes. Like you said no QB will play out the 5th option and then play tag, tag. It gives them a number, a baseline. Plus most time the first couple years of the extension does carry a "low"(QB) cap number. Regardless its 4 years to build a great roster around a cheap dare I say.....(ugh) great QB, then around that 5th/6th year, you got to make turf cap choices and focus more on draft return.
  10. Just use common sense. The draft is deep at DT, DL, EDGE, DE. It's weak at WR. Look at the current group for 2025, AT is JJJ age, XL, Coker. It's makes too much sense to draft tmac and let the young BY grow with a potential weapon. Then draft all the defense players you want with the next 8 picks while using the best part at its maximum value.
  11. I think the commies will be a lava hot spot for players wishes. They have insane amount of cap space so they will be getting PAID and Daniels is under control for 6 years at discount rates.
  12. It's very easy to figure out why this Panthers team has expansion level talent, look at the last 5 drafts 4th round RB that some fraud coachs' wife had the idea to draft is the best player in the last 5 years...... Fitterererererr was herniay without the 1st round gold, failed just as bad in Free agency ( minus on luvu...) I've been complaining for the past couple years that Panthers need to fire any or all scouts, cause the facts are they are the worse group in the league.
  13. These are facts and it does show teams ignore DT early in the draft. Star fell as well, sure you can say it was that heart issue, but teams knew the virus truth. He mainly dropped cause he is a DT, and not the type of DT that can play end in a 3-4 ala JJ watt....he's a run stopper and teams do not care at all for them...whatever reasons why.
  14. The coaches and staff and OWNER gets a ring too. Like I said, such a selfish answer and terrible defense of it as well.
  15. Im been talking OT for weeks about being the key for that 8th pick. In fact I would not be totally against using it on one, but much prefer a close by team offer up a above normal package to draft a OT....
  16. Bears traded one to ravens. Rams nearly gave away a young great one for draft swap trash. I think you are right about Warner and I would say Smith is right next to him with this past year. I honestly don't follow the league like before, but it does feel like a lack of prime MLBs out there. I think that due to all the players growth up now must/super want to be either QB or WR. At least was the reports from these youth camps, the line for WR or QB is 50 depth. The line for LB or CB is like 6.
  17. Such a selfish answer and him defending it with others?? You don't defend wrong!!
  18. This is what I feel too. I mean us draft folks are planning on a heavy defense draft, that means LBs too. I wouldn't be against adding a vet (cheap) too. They are like RB in their market is super cold.
  19. Bro, I think green left the shrine and went home.....not for bad reasons, but some team draftearly must have asked him/agent to do use after a promised draft spot by GM.
