  1. Ravens about to use those picks to move up to one and draft Stroud.
  2. Are you seriously throwing out Willis’s SEC college stats? Talk about misleading… I’m an Auburn fan and Willis barely played. He had what 14 pass attempts in two years there?? AR played more last year that Willis did his whole Auburn career (64 attempts). Willis was a TWO year starter both at Liberty, he transferred from Auburn because he couldn’t land the starting job there. Bias to the extreme against Richardson. I get it you don’t like the player, but let’s not try to mislead people on here with that Willis at Auburn nonsense…
  3. Yeah plus it takes about 3 years to judge a rookie QB. By the time we figure it out we will have a first round pick again or a franchise QB. I get we lose out on 2 extra first rounders, but hopefully those are later picks.
  4. I get it and wasn’t trying to be rude. Also a lot can change and who knows what is legit in March with these journalists.
  5. Trade up to 1 for Stroud or 3 for AR. Those are my top 2 options. We probably need to sign Brissett or a vet if we land 3 for AR.
  6. If there is one next year the pick won't be for sale.... The Lawrences, Lucks, and Burrows are never for sale. This is a rare instance where the top pick already has a QB (yes it happened last year too but with a much weaker class), so it's a chance to get our staff's top choice at QB if we trade up.
  7. The did the same for this draft with Van Dyke (disappointed and stayed another year), Young, Stroud, Levis, Richardson (didn't play as well as projected), Rattler (again), some where high on Haener etc....
  8. I could see us jumping to three and taking one of the big 4. Three also saves us from spending that 25 first (At least I hope it does). If we can land 3 and keep our 25 first and pick 39 this year, I will be pretty happy. If that pick is AR or Stroud, I'll be even more happy.
  9. Priority #1 should be Bozeman or a solid center #2 should be a good TE
  10. Yeah I agree. Let him walk. Our OL did a great job in run blocking last year. Just draft someone like Tank Bigsby in the 4th round and roll with him, Chuba, and a cheap vet.
  11. This is probably why we want make a decision about moving up in the draft sooner vs later. It really lets us know how to address FA with potential holes in our roster. Our first 4 picks (2 in the 2nd) right now could be potential starters....
  12. The full quote you are talking about is where he said the Panthers have two options. Option A- Carr and Option B- draft with a bridge QB. That doesn't imply they prefer A over B, it's simply listing them out. He said Reich and Brown were high on Carr, apparently Fitt was not or his price was too high.
  13. I'd just prefer to get leaks if they are real. If it was something obvious like the Panthers will hire Wilks as their HC in the next few days (no offense to Wilks) and they were 100% wrong then sure call them out. Or the Panthers will draft X player and they don't, but real sources typically won't have that kind of detail because our franchise doesn't want it to get out....
  14. Who cares? If you think he is full of it why are you wasting so much of your time on him? If you think it's just an alt trolling just ignore it. He hasn't really said anything too crazy for it to be a troll IMO, just mainly listing out a timeline and our possible next moves. Crown (the other leaker) actually threw out some staff names before the hires. If either of them are legit I'd like to keep them around.
  15. He did. A Goff tier QB is the most reasonable expectation. His CEILING is Burrow. Most QBs don't reach their project ceilings though. I'm hoping for somewhere in between with our staff as good as it is.
  16. I mean he said expect big news soon right? We were either signing Carr this week or moving on. I think it's going to be difficult to leak hard facts from our current staff because it's really a brain trust of our HC, GM, and their staffs like it should be.
  17. Source? Not calling you out, just curious if it is anything recent. I wouldn't mind Levis if that is who our staff likes.
  18. His ceiling isn't as high as AR or Levis from what he can do physically, but our QB coach compared him to Joe Burrow which I think is his ceiling clearly. I would still consider that high.
  19. Word on the street is the Titans are in play to move up. They are currently at 11, but are an AFC team and might be throwing in Simmons to make it happen. https://www.musiccitymiracles.com/2023/3/6/23627342/report-could-the-tennessee-titans-trade-up-to-draft-a-quarterback
