  1. Yeah we really aren’t in that bad of shape. Give us a young offensive minded HC plus a top QB from this draft and we can get competitive sooner than later.
  2. Looks like we can get a good look at Marshall now. Well once we learn to throw the ball.....
  3. It's better for him and better for us. That's a win/wn.
  4. Rhule won 11 games with Temple players on his roster, 0 without any...
  5. Pro Bowl last year with Mac Jones and Kirk Cousins. He looked good as a rookie and started off hot last year. Teams are learning to try to keep him in the pocket and make him operate from there where his vision is limited. Four years in after signing a big contract and it’s not looking great for him.
  6. If we get our 5th back from the Baker trade, I’ll be thrilled. I bet it’s a 6th/7th realistically…
  7. Put it this way, he looks small for the position when he is out there on the field. That's the negative about him for every draft analyst I have read so far. He does everything well, but the concern is his frame/durability at the next level. If he had a couple inches and about 20 pounds It would be Young 1 and Stroud 2. Since he doesn't it varies on different mock drafts and opinions on who is the top pick. If you want to argue an inch and 10 pounds go ahead.
  8. I think Young's arm strength is good. Durability with his frame/style of play would be a concern to me.
  9. I can see that. He will just need to adjust him game some in the NFL, but most players do. Extending plays long enough to take those hits will hurt a lot more when it's NFL players doing it. He seems very good at staying calm under pressure as well.
  10. My fault. I meant "he is smart at reading defenses." My question is what is his physical talent that you are so excited about?
  11. What is Young's physical talent? It is smart and great at reading defenses. I don't see anything physically jumping off the charts?
  12. Arizona is 2-4 at the bottom of their division.
  13. Levis? What Kentucky QBs have made it? Couch, Lorenzo? Cobb had to covert to WR. Just showing how silly the college argument is.
  14. Injuries are one thing but rolling out 4th string in the most important position in sports is a little bit of a handicap. It’s a tough task for any coach, must less an intermediate one that just took over 6 days ago.
  15. Lol right? He didn’t beat the Rams 45-0 with PJ Walker. I mean he had 6 days, what more does he need?!
  16. I don’t think that. I think you can’t judge him after this one game all things considered. I’m just saying give him a few weeks to “right” it and if he can’t then we can hire a new HC this offseason.
  17. 4th string QB, best LB, best CB, and Chinn who is a captain. Now add the fact we traveled across the country and he just became the HC not even a week ago. We will have time to access him, people are just being a little premature which is par for the course.
  18. He just became the HC of a staff he didn’t hire and had one week to prepare his team to travel across the country with a 4th string QB, no Luvu, no Horn, and no Chinn and take on the Rams. Give the man a few weeks at least to try to right this sinking ship… I doubt he is the answer, but let’s give him some sort of chance before writing him off.
  19. Who gives a poo. He was a top high school recruit that went to a talented team and put up great numbers like he was suppose to. You bring this up and we go in circles. Auburn before Cam, LSU before Burrow, Oregon before Herbert, Tennessee before Manning, Texas Tech before Mahomes. The college doesn’t make the player. Oh and don’t draft Levis because Kentucky produced Couch, The Hefty Lefty, and Cobb had to become a WR in the NFL.
  20. Anderson and Shaq come to mind. If we get a stupid offer for CMC then that’s a possibility too, but I doubt we get one worth it.
  21. Stroud is the better fit for the NFL IMO. Better QBR, better arm, better frame for the NFL.
