  1. I'm aware, but it's the tackles that are consistently giving up the most and quickest pressure.
  2. Derek Carr looked like Bryce Young on that play.
  3. Once again, shitty blocking, shitty playcall, shitty decision by Bryce. Wtf???
  4. Good throw by Bryce. Next play shitty blocking.
  5. NGL, the sample size is growing larger and the data isn't good for Bryce and the offense. All these years we've been waiting to see what our team would play like with an offensive coach st the helm and sadly, this poo looks just as bad as when we had a fuging clueless used car salesman as the head coach. This poo is ugly. Not seeing any of the traits that the brass pushed as the reasons they traded up and took Bryce for translating so far. He looks in over his head. It's gonna be a long year.
  6. Yeah woods is legit!!! He flashed last year evening the shitty college defense lol. He's ballin now!
  7. Love Chinn as the nickel. That may be the hardest hit that Hill has taken in any game we've played them since he's been there.
  8. Love holding plays on runs for losses. Like how????
  9. I understand things get heated in the moment, but that play was long over... just being a complete dumbass slamming a whole OT on top of your teammates leg in the 1st quarter... like for what? Smh.
  10. Imagine Shaq's season being over because DeShawn Williams decided to be a dumbass. fuging idiot.
  11. Yeah think it was bicep... but he is getting driven straight back into Bryce every play. Could be trying to compensate for that arm, but that looks like all lower body.
  12. Couldn't get to the board to post after the opening drive so first point - Burns looks so much sturdier and more stout this year. Next observation - Moton is getting his ass whooped every play so far. Happy we came away with a FG considering.
  13. Yeah, sadly, after watching what we looked like week 1, all of the caveats I gave us from the preseason went up in flames and I just don't see it being very pretty for us. Still hoping for the best, but I'm lowering expectations quite a bit starting with tonight. I am excited to see Chark make his debut though, and I'm hoping they really get a heavy does of Viska in tonight too - both catches and carries.
  14. Nah, timeline isn't off, Scot. I'm saying Cam's career went downhill after that first shoulder injury. That's undisputed. And the pieces involved in that injury were all Gettleman constructed... and not just the shoulder injury, buy the beating he took cumulatively before that played a role in how quickly he disintegrated.
  15. Really just a figure of speech and it pisses me off when I think about how badly we wasted Cam's career and that window (with Luke as well). And tbh, some fans do deserve it... there were plenty of people willing to die on Gettleman's Hill, singing his praises. He is literally almost single-handedly the reason Cam's career ended the way it did. And yeah, that pisses me off too.
  16. I'm in my feels, Scot. Had we took care of him, he would likely still be in his prime, slinging deep balls 70 yards with the flick of a wrist while being the most dangerous and dynamic goalline back the game has ever seen. Instead, we put ourselves in purgatory for almost 5 years now and still don't know what we might have in the rookie we just drafted, when all we had to do was not fug up the proven talent we had in Cam. It sucks.
  17. This. And we deserve it for ruining a generational talent like Cam.
  18. I think the tweet I saw saying they were starting also said Reich wouldn't say with side they were playing. It's tough. Zavala looked amazing at RG, so I understand the continuity, but it would probably be worth it to go ahead and put Zavala back next to Ickey and Mays at RG to hold it down until Corbett comes back.
  19. This receiving corps is not nearly as bad as people are framing it to be. What I saw most of the game week 1, as well as the preseason was a lot of shitty, lazy concepts too. I thought we were gonna get a lot of motion and creativity to free guys up off route combos versus route running, and nope... it looked like a lot of the same poo we had under Rhule. Now, this isn't Smitty, Olsen, Shockey, but it's not the burning trash heap that people are trying to make it out to be. There were a lot of plays to be had even with the shitty play design and calling, and Bryce still didn't hit the right guys enough. Period.
  20. Agreed. I felt the same way about Herbert and wasn't sure about Allen either. But I've never had trouble eating crow when I'm wrong. UT for many people, pride is the devil. Everyone knows what my stance has been on Bryce, but I really want to be wrong about it for the sake of our success as a franchise. And I won't have any trouble eating my crow if and when that time comes, and I hope it does.
