    If you're just picking up the 5th year, I think you have to go Philip Rivers mode and select a 2nd QB as insurance. If the pick is there that is.

    If Bryce regresses, I don't want someone like Sam Howell winning 6 or 7 games for us anyways. Let it play out instead of resisting the fact that its Bryce's sink or swim year.

    You think we should have given up draft capital to improve backup QB? With all the other backups that are starting on this team? I'm not sure I can agree with that. The Eagles are at a much different spot in the life cycle of their competitive window.

    Historically the 1st round is also a coin flip. Its slightly over 50% that the player becomes a regular starter or better.

    It's true, but also the best backups in the NFL are not very good. Relatively speaking. There's not 30 good starters.

    I mean Tee Higgins is 86. Ladd McConkey 94. Brock Purdy 96. Top 100 is pretty damn good players. We don't have many of those.

    Honestly sports aren't worth getting angry over in general. Enjoy it, but life's too short to be overly upset with things you can't control. Being a Panther fan is like walking through a fire that burns all your emotional attachment lol.

    For a 5th I'd rather just keep him around. That's basically nothing.

    Look at the effort or lack thereof when he throws it. Look at the velocity of the pass and the trajectory. That's a serious arm.

    I'm not expecting us to find a diamond in the rough UDFA QB every year, but you have 0% chance if you bring back Plummer.

    If we had no rule changes maybe it would make sense. But the game has evolved dramatically since the early 2000's

    Sell him for the Bojangles biscuit after the first month and we've seen our WR's do well in actual games. Don't do it before we know what we have.

    This roster was constructed with AT's salary and contributions in mind. Selling him off right before week 1 does not make sense unless the return is significant.
