The hype is he is a manning, he is fast, his arm is jaw dropping and his highlights thus far are mesmerizing. I would prefer 2 solid years of production before you draft someone but in this case if he has a decent to good year he is going #1 and there probably isnt a close 2nd. Texas will be the most watched team next year but a long shot because of him and the media/fan hype.

I dont think Parsons is that rangy but perhaps a bit more powerful. But Carter seemed to be everywhere last night.

I dont know what he is asking but the fact that morgan has been trying to get something done for months according to kaye and person (i believe) seems like a tiny red flag. All in all I think they get something done and hopefully its reasonable.

I said after last off season I was high on beck but he was making some questionable off field choices that would make me think twice about him. Driving around in a lambo all things considered was a head scratching move for sure

I am man enough to admit when I am wrong and I am pretty sure I was dead ass wrong about him after watching last night. He is nothing like burns. This kid has a motor and seemingly can get to full speed in just a couple of steps. He was even overpowering the RT and LT on plays. I will be happy with Carter fro Georgia but man now I kindof really want to see Carter with our defense. If the kid can play like that banged up holy poo............

I think that is really premature to say. Lots of question marks with him. He is not strong vs the run, just more of a speed rusher then anything and his technique and tackling need improvement. That said if he comes to the combine and goes for a 4.4 at 6'2ish 250+ then someone in the top 5 will draft on that alone. Id rather have tmac or graham. Those are plug and play guys from day 1.

I strongly suspect behind the scenes he is being told to get his name out there. There is just no scenario where we fire him today after we made him stay, suffered the injuries and had to sit our #1 pick for weeks. That would be a whole lot of pie in the face.
