That process works in college. In the NFL you are who you are. You may get the dial to move just a smidge but for the most part you aren’t gonna become some star player. Players in the NFL don’t have time for the Process.

In 2010 all the analyst were saying we are one of the worst teams in the NFL. As a fan I didn’t believe it. Thinking we were good enough to get to the playoffs with Matt Moore. Season began and rest is history. Don’t know if the team would have won more if Moore hadn’t gotten injured but the analysts were right. Today the same thing is happening. Not saying that Madden is an analyst and good at predicting bad teams, but there is an aura surrounding this team and that aura is bad team stink.

Matt Rhule finally tells us what The Process is in his own words.

Guy was a good QBS that could never get over his back-up syndrome. He’d play well for a few games and the fall off a cliff(Like with the Bucs) or just not play well when it mattered(Like with the Jets). One, if not the, best backup QBs I have ever seen.

I no longer believe in Rod when it comes to the playoffs. I think he should enter 2022 season on the hot seat. Stanley Cup or bust. Congrats Rod you had another 50 win season, then you crap the bed again in the playoffs. Maybe we’ll get lucky and somehow make it to the Stanley Cup with Rod. But 4 years later I am less such of that then I ever have been.

Someone should be fired, but we all know nothing is gonna happen. Looking forward to 50 wins and then sh!tting the bed in the playoffs when the same damn problems show up.

So we just keep a coach only because we keep making the playoffs with him? Though our aim was the Stanley Cup. That is Marvin Lewis/Bengals territory.

Why Rod thought Raanta could last the entire playoffs is beyond me. He. Is. A. Backup.

Our team was looking really good in the first before those 2 goals. Then Raanta Raantaed and allowed 2 softies and that was that. All air gone. This team can not deal with adversity on the road. If we have of scored 2 goals on those good chance in the 1st before the 1st Ranger goal I think Raanta may of been fine. This goalie and team are momentum based and when that is gone that is it. It is so Carolina.

At this point could Anderson be any worse? Raanta on the road and Raanta at home are mirror images of this entire team.

I am tired of getting excited for the playoffs only for some chronic problem to pop up. Someone needs to be held accountable. Every. Damn. Year.

I am fine with brining back Brown if he improves and actually shows why he was drafted top 10. I didn’t like the pick at the time and I still don’t. Thanks Hurney.

I really hope they are not that stupid. Brown has been disappointing, but I am not surprised.

I do think it is time for an updated look for the uniform.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. I believe that Carolina CAN get over the hump and finally win an away game. I just hope that the negativity of knowing that you haven’t won an away game, and these guys are definitely aware, doesn’t affect them Saturday. Just need to tell the team that keeps subbing in when we cross the state line they are no longer needed.
