I think it is obvious at this point that even with support, which he definitely has at this point, he will never get going. Dude is who he is. If Bryce was just consistently average this is a 10+ win team and easily in the playoffs. But at this point he is just below average and that is never going to change.

I’ll say it again. Bryce does not deserve his 5th year option.

Yeah we need all that, but we need a QB if the offense is gonna actually be playoff worthy. Bryce will never be that QB. Going into 2026 with him as the de facto starter is beyond stupid. 2026 should be about showing him his job is not safe. That is by bring in QBs that can potentially take his job. Not someone just to replace Dalton. FA, draft idc. We need QBs. QBs do grow on trees. You just have to hope you find a good Apple. Currently we have two bad apples on the team. It happens.

With a better QB this is a playoff team not, whatever the heck we are right now. I mean 10+ wins.

Alabama covered up a lot of issues he had. Mediocre arm, bad footwork, being short. Alabama’s offense made Mac Jones look amazing. So it is not surprise it could make a QB like Bryce look amazing too. Bryce was a good college QB, but all his issues make him a horrible NFL QB.

Didn’t he also throw a really bad interception to lose in the Championship game? Like it was vintage bad Bryce with that pick. 57 pass attempts for less than 400 yards is ridiculous. His ypc being at 6.5 is just yuck.

That was one of things I saw people talking about before we drafted him. But his mind was supposed to make up for that. Looks like you shouldn’t be drafting a QB for his mind.

Doesn’t mean they are gonna be good in the NFL. Plenty of good college QB suck once they make it to the NFL level. Unfortunately we drafted one of them.

I think too many people see his numbers in college and think he is an amazing QB overall. He had the same issues he has now in college but it is college they were not as much an issue. Once he got to the NFL his issues were compounded. Mediocre arm, small size and bad footwork.

Wouldn’t be the first time a QB has passed for a ton of yard and then sucked in the NFL. Happens all the time. Bryce never had to throw difficult balls at Bama. Everything was wide open and easy for him for the most part. If a play was contested it was college open not NFL open. Bryce may have been a good college QB but he is one of the worst NFL QBs I have ever seen play for the Panthers. Bryce has a ton of help in college where his size and arm strength was not a big issue.

He was definitely like this at Alabama. That awful game losing interception in the CFB Championship is normal Bryce. The Bryce we have been seeing his entire career. People say Bryce had no one to throw to at Alabama that is a lie. It is obvious his receivers made him look better then he was. Just go back and look at how Bryce played and it a painfully obvious his supporting cast made him better then he was. Bryce fooled everyone. He was never a 1st round QB and when we look back it will be remembered as one of the biggest busts of all time. On any other team Bryce would have been benched and never played again. But the Panthers are dumb.

I did not care when Horn got the penalty. People acting like our anemic offense was gonna be able to do anything.

Getting to the playoffs would be cool. I was worried that the FO would see it as Bryce being successful but if the recent Canales conference is any indication the FO and coaching staff are seeing the same things we are seeing. So I am just enjoying the ride. Hoping it is busily if to a better year next season, with another QB starting hopefully.

Well the same thing happened after the Saints and Niners game. But then he played “better” the next games and the Bryce Truthers came back out.

But Bryce was bad because of the offensive line! All the Truthers say it is so!!

No his biggest fault is he is a bad QB who should not be starting. Short, weak armed and from the looks of it not a great football mind. But you Bryce Truthers keep grasping at straws trying to prop up a bad player.

Considering he is the main issue on the offense kinda hard not to talk about him.

Free Fua is one of those Bryce Truthers who will never shut up about how Bryce will be "the One" until he is off the team. Guy is beyond delusions and beyond hope. Honestly I am done with Bryce Truthers because it is obvious they are some of the dumbest people on the planet.

It is also obvious you and the rest of the Bryce Truthers are too low IQ to understand when a QB is bad. So saying he doesn't know ball is just very ironic coming from you.

Cam Ward has been looking better since they got rid of that horrible excuse of a head coach.
