He has to run in order to win not throw. A dual threat can not win consistently solely from the pocket. Mahomes can Allen can Lamar can Watson can Burrow can.

It means that they are neither an elite runner or elite passer. They are very good to average at both skills. Allen isn’t an elite runner as a QB Vick and Lamar are. Cam wasn't an elite runner either buy he was very good. (He was elite when you needed 5 yds or less) Allen is an elite passer. Lamar is damn near an elite passer Mahomes is an elite passer. From what I've seen today Richardson is a terrible passer. You will never win it all without the arm.

He's a much much better passer than Cam was. It's not even close. So is Lamar, Russ, Mahomes Rodgers Burrow Herbert
