  1. The most consequential summer of his life to this point and he's like "meh time to chill". If that's how he wants to live his life hey all the best. That's not your franchise guy though. Never will be.
  2. Brother we've been talking for months about how Tepper pushed for the trade up and for Bryce Young over Stroud idk what you're seeing to the contrary. Accurately describing what Bryce Young looks like as an NFL QB and the fact we need to start Andy Dalton ≠ giving David Tepper a pass for being a meddling dumb ass. It's just acknowledging the reality of the situation we find ourselves in. Anyways as far as what he might or might not do elsewhere I can't say no one can. As of right now beyond the glaring elephant in the room that is his lack of physical tools and size is the issue that he has absolutely not lived up to the billing of being a superprocessor or mini Peyton Manning or mental savant out there on the field. Even Sam Darnold with all his physical tools went to San Francisco and left town a failure. Keep that in mind.
  3. Tepper is an awful owner and needs to stay out of the day to day operation of the team it's basically a unanimous consensus here. Many people want him gone altogether. As far as QBing goes. Both Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield although they have struggled have also at any point in time before they left Carolina looked like they were phsyically capable of being a starting QB. The question of their future was always on the mental side. Bryce has major red flags and questions about both. Different situations.
  4. All in all this is something the Panthers should have been considering months ago. You always operate with the sense you are doing what is best for the team. Having another young QB with legitimate potential on the roster (not a UDFA afterthought like Plummer) after Bryce's struggles last season should have been a priority for someone who talks about wanting dawgs.
  5. ‘He’s pissed,’ a source said. Per Jeremy Fowler @JFowlerESPN
  6. I just took a gander at an article about trade speculation for laughs and read some Giants fans are practically begging their front office to explore a trade for Bryce Young. Likewise for the Rams and the Dolphins. It's hard out here to find the right QB. Dave Canales you better be the one.
  7. One thing I can say for sure. All this Bryce Young talk aside. The head coach his staff and these players need to respond in a big way on Sunday. Coming out looking flat and playing like poo is not an option. You guys got what you wanted now put up some damn fight let's see some competitiveness.
  8. I'd definitely take him but I see no reason why the Seahawks would want to move him.
  9. The NFL is not going to move the team out of this media market. For better or worse Tepper is the owner barring unforseen events. Just learn to laugh at the team when they are bad and live with the results. Leaning on fantasies like this just shows maybe you should consider unplugging altogether.
  10. Still makes no sense as MJ as an executive or owner has only been slightly better than Tepper. One glance at the Wizards should be enough to form a conclusion.
  11. I've got no issue with Sheena. I just call it like I see it because Twitter (X) is one big grifters paradise.
  12. There is no coach who is going to fix his "footwork" because it is ingrained in him as how he compensates for his physical limitations. All this talk of what he does outside the pocket is because he cannot function within the pocket and no QB is ever going to be successful in this league that way.
  13. I like Sheena but trying to drag LeBron into this just sounds like she's chasing social media clout. He only knows what he knows about the Panthers because someone from his team mentioned a name he's heard before. Bryce Young. But what does it matter? Leaning on athletes from other sports for knowledge isn't going to fix this mess. Establish a culture where losing is not accepted as another day at the office and go from there. In that regard benching Bryce Young was the first step in the right direction. That's the ugly truth.
  14. "This ain't on you"... "Continue to put the work in"... Just what an entitled 23 year old that's always played on the best teams with the best talent from around the country until now needs to hear. If he actually had any knowledge of the situation he would know that's part of the issue.
  15. At this point who can blame them? That's all he does and it doesn't work more often than not. It's already been discussed but the GB game that's been widely used to defend him he spent the majority of the time standing in the pocket and delivering strikes. This bailing out of the pocket thing will never work for him in the NFL. He's not built for it.
  16. It's fake always check the actual account username first guys.
  17. I mean it's good to see something from him on the emotion scale but it shouldn't have taken this. Why was he not "pissed off" that his team was getting blown off the field week in and week out and he was a big part of why? Maybe instead of telling the media how upset you are through your agent/mom & dad now would be a good time to start putting in some of that hard work to improve your craft that didn't happen in the offseason.
  18. Stroud was as a draft prospect at the time what most would consider the "safe pick". He checked all the boxes from the standpoint of what people look for in a pocket passing QB in a league skewed comically toward passing the ball. Then that stupid S2 nonsense started making the rounds and the rest is history. The Panthers did this to themselves by getting hung up on factors beyond the basics. "I'm a football player not a test taker" 🫴
  19. I don't disagree that led by Tepper our org has been making terrible decisions and made this whole situation even worse each time. But we've also not bottomed out to consistently historically bad QB play until now. I think what we've been seeing is worst case scenario for a QB that should not have been selected in the first round let alone first overall. As far as Reich goes. We only got to see him with a QB other than Bryce Young once. We have not seen Canales with another QB yet either. There are things that concern me with our new head coach. Like whether or not he is actually this developer of QB's or if he is going to become one of the better young offensive minds in the league. All I can do is wait and see. If things go south I'll be right there with you talking poo. But for the time being I think you're kinda talking yourself into a position of being critical of the staff at all costs because it's what we've been accustomed to. Let's give it a few games and then begin to form some conclusions about Canales.
  20. All I'm going to expect at this point in time is a football team and most importantly an NFL offense that is watchable. I have no other expectations and certainly nothing even approaching the realm of playoffs. Just don't embarrass us.
  21. I am a Coen Bros fan. I've seen the Big Lebowski many times. Just didn't notice the dialogue reference at first glance. Nice.
  22. Watching the way Kyler Murray runs is entertaining in itself. He's been up and down he's taken a lot of grief about not being a student of the game. But one thing you can't deny him is the dude is an athlete through and through. He's had to be given his size.
  23. Was it really though? The most physically limited QB of his draft class is looking like one of the worst QB's in recent memory? Seems like something many people should have seen coming.
