  1. #Bucs are re-signing DL Greg Gaines on a one-year, $3.5M deal, per source. Tampa brings back Gaines for the third consecutive year.
  2. The Bills have agreed to terms with safety Damar Hamlin on a one-year contract extension. He was set to become a free agent in a few hours.
  3. TE Evan Engram visiting with Chargers today for those that were watching him
  4. Prisco's top 100 free agents: Only three of the top 25 are still available Overall, here's a look at the 10 best free agents still available (along with their ranking on Prisco's list): OT Cam Robinson (17) OL Mekhi Becton (19) OL Teven Jenkins (25) C Josh Myers (26) CB Rasul Douglas (28) OG Kevin Zeitler (32) RB Rico Dowdle (26) WR Amari Cooper (41) DL Calais Campbell (43) EDGE DeMarcus Lawrence (44)
  5. What's next for Cowboys in free agency? Executive vice president Stephen Jones said the Cowboys would be “selectively aggressive” in free agency. They have added depth pieces such as defensive lineman Solomon Thomas, guard Robert Jones and running back Javonte Williams, while keeping their own in defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa, returner KaVontae Turpin and punter Bryan Anger. They attempted to make some splashes but were beaten out for linebacker Dre Greenlaw, cornerback Brandon Stephens and pass rusher Leonard Floyd. Cap room and cash are not an issue. They have both. And the Cowboys don’t need cap room to sign pass rusher Micah Parsons to an extension. With a long-term deal, his 2025 cap number will actually decrease, even if he becomes the highest-paid defensive player. Cornerback, linebacker and receiver are the bigger needs, and maybe backup quarterback. Cooper Kupp has a background with new receivers coach Junior Adams. Could he become the No. 2 to CeeDee Lamb once the Rams release him (assuming he isn’t traded)? Perhaps the Cowboys will look to the trade market to fill those holes, like they did two years ago with Brandin Cooks and Stephon Gilmore. -- Todd Archer, Cowboys reporter
  6. #Titans have signed former Steelers WR Van Jefferson as first reported by @Schultz_Report. It's a one-year deal for $2.5 million.
  7. The Bills made a free agency splash on Tuesday night by landing Joey Bosa, and now, they've added another player to their defensive line. Former Steelers DT Larry Ogunjobi has agreed to terms on a one-year, $8.3 million deal that includes $8 million in guaranteed money, according to NFL Media. Ogunjobi, who's headed into his ninth NFL season, will join a Bills defensive line that now includes Bosa, Ed Oliver, Daquan Jones and Greg Rousseau.
  8. After losing Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Tennessee is reportedly adding some depth out wide, signing the former Rams and Steelers wide receiver to a one-year, $2.5 million deal.
  9. Over the Cap has an update. The #Panthers sit at 30.6m in cap space. That's after adding the Miles Sanders savings. This also doesn't add the projected savings from extending Jaycee Horn & Shy Tuttle's pay cut. I'm thinking they should be around 38m before all the new contracts… pic.twitter.com/e1jExXf4IK
  10. Steelers add RB depth with ex-Eagle After letting Najee Harris hit the open market (and land a deal with the Los Angeles Chargers), Pittsburgh has found a running mate for Jaylen Warren, reportedly reaching a one-year deal with former Philadelphia Eagles reserve Kenny Gainwell, who served as Saquon Barkley's No. 2 in 2024.
  11. It’s Aaron Rodgers Day. The Jets are expected to release him when the league year begins at 4 p.m. They will designate him as one of their two post-June 1 cuts, allowing them to spread the cap hit over two years. With one door closing, will another open? Rodgers could pick his next team today. Will it be the Giants or Steelers? The Giants remain hopeful, I’m told, but my money is on the Steelers. Yesterday was quiet for the Jets. No deals. After doling out about $90M in guarantees on Sunday and Monday, GM Darren Mougey stayed on the sideline — a sign the big spending is over. Mougey is showing patience. Some new GMs, with ample cap room, would let the money burn a hole in their pocket. He’s taking a deliberate approach. Solomon Thomas and Ashtyn Davis departed, bringing the total number of free agent defections to six (not counting Davante Adams, who was cut). -- Rich Cimini, Jets reporter
  12. KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Chiefs have restructured the contracts of quarterback Patrick Mahomes and defensive tackle Chris Jones, freeing up $49.446 million in salary cap space, a source told ESPN's Field Yates on Wednesday. The moves were needed to open the cap space to fulfill the Chiefs' activity in recent weeks. They placed the franchise tag on guard Trey Smith and re-signed linebacker Nick Bolton and wide receiver Hollywood Brown.
  13. Saints S Tyrann Mathieu is expected to sign a reworked one-year deal today with incentives based on playing time. Deal was being negotiated yesterday
  14. The Broncos agreed to terms with receiver Trent Sherfield Sr. on a two-year deal worth $6 million, along with some potential performance incentives. Sherfield, who played for the Minnesota Vikings last season, is on his sixth team in his NFL career. He might be used at times in a rotational role at wide receiver -- both as a blocker in the run game and as a spot pass catcher (he had a 30-catch season with the Dolphins in 2022), but his primary role will be as one of the core players in newly hired Darren Rizzi’s special teams units.
  15. Former Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson is signing with the San Francisco 49ers on a two-year, $9.5 million deal, including $6 million fully guaranteed, his agents, Jason and Michael Katz, told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Tuesday. Robinson, 30, spent the past two seasons with the Rams. He had 31 catches for 505 yards and seven touchdowns in 2024, playing in all 17 regular-season games and two playoff games for the Rams.
  16. Source: QB Jacoby Brissett plans to sign with the #Cardinals. Arizona’s new QB2 has 53 career starts, 11 with Cardinals OC Drew Petzing as his quarterbacks coach in Cleveland.
  17. Sources: Four-time All-Pro punter Johnny Hekker reached agreement today on a fully-guaranteed, one-year deal with the Tennessee Titans. Hekker will be reunited with Titans special teams coordinator John Fassel, with whom he started his NFL career with in Los Angeles.
  18. The Panthers agreed to terms with punter Sam Martin. The former Bills punter averaged 46.7 yards per punt last year, with 25 punts inside the 20.
  19. Source: Former Chiefs safety Justin Reid reached agreement today with the Saints on a three-year, $31.5 million deal, including $22.25 million fully guaranteed. Reid is returning home to Louisiana.
  20. The Cowboys have agreed to a one-year deal with DE Payton Turner, a former first-round pick of the Saints in 2021, according to sources. Injuries hurt his development, but he had two sacks, four pass deflections and two forced fumbles in 16 games last year.
  21. Leonard Floyd finds new team just hours after being released by 49ers The former 49ers pass-rusher already has a new team after being released early Tuesday afternoon by San Francisco. Floyd has agreed to a one-year, $10 million contract with the Falcons, CBS Sports NFL Insider Jonathan Jones has reported. Floyd racked up 8.5 sacks with the 49ers last season, which was the second-highest total on the team. If Floyd can replicate that number in Atlanta, the Falcons would likely be thrilled and that's because they struggled to rush the passer last year. In 2024, the Falcons recorded just 31 sacks, which was the lowest number in the NFC and second-lowest number in the NFL.
  22. Saints agreed to terms with WR Dante Pettis on a one-year contract extension.
  23. Steelers QB options: Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson both still in play Antonio Brown might be insisting that Aaron Rodgers is going to sign with the Steelers, but it doesn't look like that's the case yet. According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Rodgers has been talking to the Steelers, but if they can't agree on a deal, then Pittsburgh will likely look to bring Russell Wilson back for another year. According to DK Pittsburgh Sports, the Steelers have also reached out to Mason Rudolph, because even if they land Rodgers or Wilson, they're still going to need a backup QB and in that case, a return to Pittsburgh would make sense for Rudolph.
  24. Washington is re-signing RB Jeremy McNichols to a one-year deal, source confirms. McNichols served as a valuable backup in 2024 in multiple ways -- from his blitz pickups to his running with a career-best 267 yards rushing.
  25. Corner Mike Hughes headed back to the #Falcons on a three-year, $18M deal, per source. Hughes started 15 games for Atlanta last season.
