Something to consider with the #Panthers’ 4-1 stretch is the adjustments made by the staff to put guys in position to succeed following the first quarterly meeting: - Wallace and Rozeboom switching roles - Nijman getting to play RT (he’s considerably better there and was huge in two wins vs. DAL/GB) - Moehrig being used more creatively - Scott, Smith-Wade and Ransom being used in a complementary rotation - Jimmy Horn getting an effective package of plays - Ultimately, the Chuba/Rico swap https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/1985364037534650764?s=46 Would also add tight ends opening up the scheme from run blocking perspective. The four guys have done a nice job of finishing. Plus, Nic Scourton’s emergence as a starter. https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/1985364492700545503?s=46

Some media outlets are still saying he’s gonna be a future HC if you can believe it.

Is Canales digging his own grave?
CarolinaLivin replied to DaveThePanther2008's topic in Carolina Panthers
I actually don’t blame them for drafting an XL type WR over mcconkey. They were looking for an X WR. Not a slot. Not saying I love the pick. Just that i kinda understand why they went in that direction. Now i think they thought they were drafting a plug and play WR which is not what they drafted. XL is a player you have to scheme open consistently. They don’t seem to be consistently doing that. -

I'm All In On Drafting a QB in Round 1
CarolinaLivin replied to Daddy_Uncle's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yes. Our HC and OC has WR coaching experience. How they have handled XL development has been wild to me. Run game issues have been since buccs. He is always figuring things out too late in the run game adjustments/personnel even when rico basically laid it out for him in a 2 game stretch. -

So, Is Bryce Playing this Week or Nah?
CarolinaLivin replied to Move the Panthers to Raleigh's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think he misses this week and depending on Daltons performance, he could play next week (basically rush him back). If Dalton plays well, maybe Bryce sits two weeks. Don’t think the sprain was that bad, but they would probably like to play it safe. -
#Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa said part of the reason he didn’t target Jaylen Waddle much vs. the #Browns was because he had trouble seeing him over the O-line and D-line: “I’m not the tallest guy back there. Sometimes when that happens you don’t want to just throw it blindly.” https://x.com/mysportsupdate/status/1981107157044253011?s=46

I just don’t get what you all see in jameis. He’s a backup. -

CarolinaLivin replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
DO NOT TRADE DRAFT CAPITAL FOR ANOTHER LAME DUCK QB. we need a franchise QB, not another average at best QB. Wait till the off—season and figure out the QB season. We just wanted an answer on Bryce this season and so far we’ve gotten that. -

	Alright

His bad play doesn’t mean you get the green light to disrespect him so openly. So if you do bad work in the office, people can call you a little b**** and a p*****. Come on man. And i never said his nickname was good one or one to celebrate. It seems you’re taking others comments into this.
 -
Never said she didn’t say that. If you defended every player getting called disrespectful names i would feel differently. But i understand your point. Most players don’t normally openly say they don’t want to called a certain nickname. It is respectful to go along with his wishes but at the same time, these are fans of his using it not people deliberately attempting to disrespect him. Casual fans will likely continue calling him that and its okay. Im not trying to argue about this just wanted to point out there is much more disrespectful names being thrown at players with no one defending them. And i never said people dont get to pick their nicknames. Plenty of professional sports players have openly come out and said they came up with their own nicknames. Regardless, im a military guy so i always go with last names haha just gotten used to doing so. Love the kid and hope to see him sustain a long career here in Carolina.

This fanbase has called bryce every disrespectful name in the book let alone other people on the huddle. Who cares what you call him as long as it isn’t disrespectful. You act like he’s gonna log in to the huddle and get his feelings hurt.

Hey You, You Don't Know Quarterbacking
CarolinaLivin replied to fieryprophet's topic in Carolina Panthers
I say just ignore those posts/threads. Let them die on the vine. Don't give it attention. Add to the good, not the bad. Help those that don't know as much, know more. In short, you can have football discussions here. Some just have non-football discussions and others join in. Ignore it and keep the football conversation going. No one here has to make anyone sound like an idiot. People can do that on their own. Let idiotic comments sit there like a trophy for all to see. -

People wanting a fan message board to not include idiotic hot takes is... wishful thinking, dreaming, wanting and whatever other words you can add to that. Love seeing OG posters come back though, so I hope you stay. Cheers to a win vs. the Cowboys and as always... KEEP POUNDING. -
Wanted to get a thread going to talk all prospects not just QB, LB, etc. A little late, was posted 6 days ago, but i just finished watching Dane Brugler's midseason top 3 prospects at each position 0:00 Intro 4:53 Quarterbacks 16:04 Running Backs 22:06 Wide Receivers 31:06 Tight Ends 35:31 Offensive Tackles 39:45 Interior OL 41:55 EDGE rushers 45:02 Defensive Tackles 47:52 Linebackers 52:57 Cornerbacks 55:23 Safeties 57:47 Week 7 Lookahead

I’m gonna say it… I’m proud of Bryce.
CarolinaLivin replied to Proudiddy's topic in Carolina Panthers
Well sure, im not sure why my comment got quoted for this but i agree with you. I don’t blame bryce for anything. He’s an easy guy to like that puts the work in and has my respect. His parents did really well raising him and he’s done a great job continuing on the path they helped him walk. my comments on bryce are always going to be on football. No reason to critique/criticize bryce the person. -

Im legitimately more proud of the huddle. A thread like this normally gets toxic quick. Wasn’t even much name calling. Yall are growing much more than bryce.
