Over The Cap says the dead cap would be $7.5M for three years, we'd save $12M in each of 23' and 24'. Not sure where the 19.5M cap hit is coming from, the trading team would take on the salary, we're just stuck with bonus money from the signing and restructure. Question is what draft capital would be worth Paying CMC almost $8M a year for 3 years to play for another team? https://overthecap.com/player/christian-mccaffrey/5592

Rapoport: Tepper to be patient with Rhule
Jackie Lee replied to kungfoodude's topic in Carolina Panthers
Firing him asap would be worth it just to never have to sit through one of his BS press conferences or have the cameras zoom in on his dumbass on the sideline ever again. -
The Hottest Seat in the NFL - Canfora on Rhule

If today looks as bland as the Giants game they'll get booed off the field. 3 home games in a row of that would be some serious patience -
“Are the Panthers becoming perennial Losers?”
Jackie Lee replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
The Dolphins approach was interesting. Tear it down, rebuild, and when you're obviously not gonna win/make the playoffs just blitz 100% of the time. fug it, it got the players hyped and kept fans interested until they finally worked out the rest of the kinks. This dropping Burns into coverage/ Baker Mayfield under center 80% of the time/CMC not even a decoy just blocking obvious passing snaps. Give it up already. Zero threat and predictable at the same time. It's like these coaches want to get fired, or aren't afraid of getting fired and are half-assing their jobs, or are just completely inept at what they were hired to do. All are bad. At least the dumbass Broncos HC decided to get an "assistant HC/advisor" to make decisions for him as pathetic as that is -

32 - Carolina Panthers (LW: 32) - Terrible vibes. There’s just not much to genuinely feel good about with this group. It’s all just a waste of time. -
Panthers were one pick away from Justin Herbert...
Jackie Lee replied to PantherBoy95's topic in Carolina Panthers
So far i'd say Shane Steichen>>>McAdoo. 2020 with Herbert and now in his 2nd year as OC for the Eagles with Jalen Hurts. Speaking of, Eagles fans think he's definitely leaving for a HC job next year.... -

Ok maybe he'd have got stuck starting at LG instead of being the Pro Bowl LT we've been seeking ever since Gross retired. Obviously he didn't value him at all but do your thing -

Don't forget about Slater, he might be 2nd string LG behind god knows who we would have starting in that situation -

Yup he'd be 3rd string behind whoever would be above PJ -
Yeah they're just not game planning to what Baker/CMC can actually do to make a middling offense productive. Baker in shotgun with CMC blocking if he's not running isn't going to get you very far. Need way more movement in general
-
Yeah it's a horrible show, just curious if he'll go full on Rhule/McAdoo hatred if suck again this Sunday
-
I wonder when Skip and Nick Wright pull the plug on us. That's about all the defenders we have left in the media lol
-
Makes sense, good ol' payola.
-
He'll probably say the 29 plays were setting up the defense to trick them on the other 3.
-
How can McAdoo find a way to get 3-4 different TE's involved but everything else is completely stagnant? Seriously odd game planning
-
Seeing that he's still stuck on his 1RB 1TE 3WR group that he ran 90% of the time with the Giants just shows he's too stubborn to evolve. When he said the QB gets a lot of control at the line of scrimmage in his offense I guess he meant they get to choose what to do in the RPO lol. I feel like I saw more creativity in the preseason games when we were supposed to be calling this vanilla stuff he's running now.
-
He'll regret not taking this job if he gets the offer. They gotta gut the whole thing, he can bring all his Baylor buddies with him
-
Yeah they gotta chill on the shotgun RPO's either way. Play action under center works well with Baker, I think we're only running it 30% of the time
-
Could Rhule not get an assistant to spend an hour looking all these articles and tweets up before hiring the guy? I know he had limited options but this hire was DOA. Can't even rotate WR's
-
I booked some work, will follow on Twitter but more interested in my fantasy team at this point
-
So this is not good. He hasn't evolved at all The Giants offense is devoid of imagination. They ran 90 percent of their formations out of sets featuring three receivers, one tight end, one running back last season; the league average was 60 percent. Entering the bye in Week 8, that number for New York was more than 96 percent!
-
Plus the fact there was zero strategy behind the hire. Just the only guy he could convince to take the job and hoped for the best. What a brand
-
I'd personally just like to hear and look at a different person during press conferences at this point if we're going to suck either way. And not have those confused sideline close ups of Rhule mid game. Sick of that too
