The Dolphins approach was interesting. Tear it down, rebuild, and when you're obviously not gonna win/make the playoffs just blitz 100% of the time. fug it, it got the players hyped and kept fans interested until they finally worked out the rest of the kinks. Yeah they're just not game planning to what Baker/CMC can actually do to make a middling offense productive. Baker in shotgun with CMC blocking if he's not running isn't going to get you very far. Need way more movement in general

So this is not good. He hasn't evolved at all The Giants offense is devoid of imagination. They ran 90 percent of their formations out of sets featuring three receivers, one tight end, one running back last season; the league average was 60 percent. Entering the bye in Week 8, that number for New York was more than 96 percent!

Plus the fact there was zero strategy behind the hire. Just the only guy he could convince to take the job and hoped for the best. What a brand
