  1. I would really love some evidence he's done anything, and if he has he's done a horrible job of displaying it as the so called face of the franchise #1 pick. Zero engagement
  2. Any proof he's done anything besides a couple youth camps, a bojangles spot and showed up to a couple basketball games? If you have anything tangible showing he's been actually focusing on working out or working with his receivers please share. Most other qb's do share
  3. Yes, after watching this interview Cam basically went full Primal Scream on the field after what the old guard college community tried to do to him. Young does not have that dog in him. He's a poodle in the dog world
  4. He will never be this kinda dawg. (time stamped Cam talking poo about Florida fuging him over)
  5. If Bryce still underperforms and they bench him by week 4 to try and win I will give Tepper some props
  6. The only current positive I see from this situation is that when they finally do allow another QB the opportunity to take snaps under center, they (on paper) should have a pretty fair shot at showing what they can do. Obviously how many snaps they get in practice and all that is subject to the situation but there have been plenty of guys in history that just stepped in and balled out when given the opportunity. My problem with Bryce aside from the size is zero urgency in his preparation
  7. Yeah this is no debate lol. How one could seriously think Bryce even played all of last years games for any reason beside Tepper wanted to trade for him and can't subside his ego...Dude literally threw a drink on a dude out of frustration at the end of the year because he knew he fuged up and then turned around and hired a QB whisperer to double back on his gamble for another year. That's what you get with some asshole billionaire getting to play house with an entire football organization
  8. Because Tepper writes the checks, he wanted Bryce and he's hiring people to attempt to make him not look like an idiot for the trade. We already knew he was in on Watson, wanted Stafford, Russ, all these guys said no thanks so he had to go to the draft to quench his thirst and just like the Rhule hire, he bought the media hype on a questionable hire
  9. Yeah the Saints invested $10m in Brees as a gamble that paid off, if it didn't they could have easily moved on. We gambled a whole bunch more on a completely unproven smaller guy that was pretty good at one of the best schools in college. He couldn't even get his team to the playoffs last year, and before people blame his supporting cast, Cam won a natty at Auburn with nothing
  10. Doug Flutie if he has the determination lol. At least Doug had some fire to his game
  11. The issue is literally his size and strength, which he apparently can't improve upon first glimpses of him showing up to voluntary workouts. They can try to fix his footwork but as soon as there are 5 6'5" guys in his face that's gonna be out the window and he'll revert back to what got him to this level in the first place which worked in college but did not last year facing grown men
  12. It's wild how much the college qb trajectory changes year by year. Especially now with NIL and transfer portal, some random kid in d2 or d3 can blow it up out of nowhere. I think it's for the better despite the dinosaur SEC coaches throwing fits about the changes
  13. The fact that Canales is head coaching for the first time and calling plays for the second time with a new team is really flying under the radar. His head must be spinning, from the pressers he basically admits it already
  14. I for one am not interested in him doing just enough to appease Tepper and earn a second contract and all of the sudden we're stuck with 8 years of watching a game manager bottleneck our team to mediocrity
  15. Pretty sure we have a tougher schedule this year than last to take into account
  16. Cam wants him in Atlanta, that's enough for me to say yes please
  17. Yeah ok in a roundabout way I recall seeing posts along those lines. It hasn't been a tank for "X QB" theme though. More like we'll probably suck and try again mindset. From a reality tv standpoint, I would personally enjoy inviting the Sanders to the Panthers to see what a train wreck that would be. Deion vs Tepper lol. I also like Shedeur as an alpha type dawg
  18. I can't recall the last time anyone mentioned the tank concept lol.
  19. Canales basically said he wants him to be a game manager, and regarding shotgun/pistol, Bryce still takes an additional slow ass 5 steps out of that so he can actually see the field. Also not being under center takes away a lot of run game/play action possibilities which makes everything easier on the opposing defense. It's a major uphill battle just to game plan on offense throwing out I'd imagine 1/3rd of the average playbook any normal sized qb could pull off
  20. It's kinda like getting catfished by the huge combine hoodie and the new 2" afro lol.
  21. Well he only took 7 snaps under center his last two years at Alabama so...Not sure how it helps doing that at a Pro Day unless you stick 10 6'5" guys in his face and ask him to step up into the pocket
  22. It could just mean bubble screens and immediate tackles
  23. It seems almost impossible to have any insider leak for pick 33, no matter how their board looks rn teams will reach for guys and others will fall on night 1, trades will be offered etc. A trade at 33 could go down to 5 minutes before we're on the clock so no one will know in advance
  24. I like that they basically put Ladd and Pearsall side by side despite where they had them ranked overall. I actually think Pearsall would be better at contested catches and yac when it comes to breaking a tackle or taking on contact. Ladd does a good job of getting open underneath but dances a little too much for my taste if we're talking about finding a DAWG
