    It could have been if they didn’t get fancy. Gibbs was running it all over Washington and they went pass happy. That dumb wr pass play that was picked was just terrible. I know some lions fans and while they like the coach, they are annoyed with him all the same.

    We need to have a legit convo about Burns. That guy for another night in a row looked washed and really made some bad decisions. It’s not that he is bad, he is just long in the tooth and plays too many minutes at his age.

    There live. 1st period was terrible minus Koochie. 2nd period was better, they just couldn’t score. 3rd was pretty darn good minus the last minutes. Canes seem to forget the situation a few times. I did hear post game on the ride home with the wife that rod didn’t like us getting push around so much so he made a line change for big on big and it showed.

    I’ll take it haha. That 3rd period was good. Not sure what the heck that last 1 min was. Burns and Martnook were screaming at eachother.

    Boy these guys are boring. They have turned into the islanders of 2022. Can’t score. No true threat. Necas is sloppy. Orlov is worse. How this game is tied is beyond me. We just don’t have the players or the system is bad. Either one. I don’t know. Somehow get a goal in the third and hold on?? This team is unwatchable.

    So this is going to go one of two ways. Coochie always played his best when he was pushed by a better goaltender like Freddy. Coochie will either play incredibly well tonight or if he lets in a couple softies, the crowds gonna get really restless for Freddy.
