There's many ways to say it. You can take the angle where you analyze Tepper to no end or state the obvious with Bryce on repeat. You can romanticize the old days, pine for Jake and Smitty or Cam and Luke. You can reminisce about your experiences at the stadium, really dig deep and write up the most lovely long post about god knows what. But I don't think we need to anymore. We suck and that's really it. We are below the bottom barrel. We're going to be a top-3 pick in the 2025 draft, likely #1 overall. And yeah, we really suck. Like, a lot. Probably more than we ever have.

Is he sure he wants to play next week? I'm sure there's some fun Sunday thing going on in South End or NoDa he could check out instead. No one would even notice him.

I'm just stunned that he's somehow regressed from last season. He can barely complete a downfield pass other than a quick slant to Thielen. There is no way he's making it through this season. We are done here.

Dalls is about to give up 42 to NO in 3 quarters so last week is not looking ridiculous. They've forced 2 TOs, gave up some big plays, but they have played tough. Interior OL has looked sharp, run game sharp, quarterback is trash.

This is not an unreasonable question to ask. And it could very well be yes. If you were seeing this from a 2nd-4th round pick, and he would have already been benched. This is some of the worst QB play I've ever seen.

I don't think he's completed a non-screen/bubble type pass. 2 receptions by WRs, both were screens.

Long form isn’t for everybody

That Horn draft screwed the pooch. Think it was pick 9 though. Heck, I would’ve been thrilled with Slater or Devonta that draft (those were my faves at the time) or possibly Parsons. It yeah if Field, we could’ve already realized to move on from him by now and landed a guy in this past draft.

After this week, our schedule has some teams that are underperforming/with big question marks. Raiders, Bengals, Bears, Falcons & Commanders. If we lose through that and he's 2-21 on his career, and we're 0-7, it could very well be the lowest this franchise has ever been.

Mater Dei was so strategic on his family's behalf, he commuted there from Pasadena every day. That was so brutal they probably took the 210 east to the 57 south to get there. When I lived out there, I had a few construction sites I managed at Caltech and also down near Costa Mesa. I hated that drive so much...flames...on the side of my face...

There are 4 clear cut potential 1sts as far as I'm concerned: Beck, Allar, Ward, & Ewers Beck and Ward seem to be on the smoothest tracks. Allar and Ewers have all the tools but need to keep it up. They've been known to get a bit erratic/development this year is key. For others...McCord is on my watch list. I won't include Dart because I can't take another Ole Miss QB after Corral. Don't really feel Sanders either. They're all 2nd Rd or lower for me. Gut tells me there's 3-4 1st rounders in this draft.
