There is definitely something fishy about this. I mean his win total is 10 games in 3 seasons. If I counted correctly. The only ten games we won, he gets a GWD every time? And wait a mi Ute how could he have one vs the Jets when Dalton finished the game? When other guys have 30 wins in 3 years and don’t have that near that many? That is a bullshit stat in some way.

It was a great game for just about anybody and I don’t see him ever having a better one lol. If it is just the air part I would agree he deserves it. Allen had 6 TDs but 3 were running. And 2 picks.

I wouldn’t normally volunteer this so close to the triumph we just saw, but to respond to your point: I felt like he was the reason it was harder. Or maybe I should say, his limitations were the reason it was harder. For him and for Canales or whoever. Takes me back to my original evaluation, which boiled down to the thinner margins you get when you give up the athletic advantages. It makes it harder so why pay so much to do it. If he can keep his level of performance up to this standard there won’t be any more questions.

I did think about some of those games when typing that post. Ugly but a different kind of ugly. We put up massive offense and then pulled a Falcons. Except we snatched the win away at the end. Still, winning and it not being pretty is much better than losing. That team knew how to win. Mostly. But look who we had.
