  1. I don't need to check out his draft profile. I watched him play a lot of games. He was just a guy who's the same age as most second or third year NFL players playing on a pretty good veteran college team. He was literally a man vs. boys. He'll look like he did earlier on his college career when he's playing against fellow men.
  2. I wanna know what cocktail they have that dude on.
  3. I'd rather do that than play Darnold or draft Pickett.
  4. Go back and watch Kam Chancellor on Seattle. That's the blueprint for how we should be using Chinn.
  5. Chinn doesn't struggle in coverage. He struggled in deep coverage. That's because he's a SS not a FS.
  6. With the talk of Christensen potentially playing LT I think we're getting ourselves up to draft Tiny Hands at #6. I hope not. It's be mistake but am easier to swallow mistake if we also fix the OL. Just don't tie the next coach to him.
  7. Now this is fuging nice. Legit OC and OG signed.
  8. I'll start having positive vibes about Tepper's Panthers when I see reason for it. Meanwhile, we're in officially the worst stretch of Panthers football in team history.
  9. Damn. Deshaun Watson pulled off what essentially amounted to free agency via a no trade clause. Would not be shocked to see owners try to ban NTCs in the next CBA.
  10. Watson to damn near the entire NFC South
  11. Well, now that we've officially swung and swung and swung again at Deshaun Watson just to embarrassingly miss, back to your previously scheduled program of spending all of our resources on defense in an increasingly offensive driven league.
  12. Don't buy it. This is just about trying to spin this as our decision to walk away instead of yet another legit vet QB ultimately simply saying no to our pitch.
  13. That division is shaping up to be an absolute monster on paper. My goodness.
  14. Probably not this year, but definitely next year. Probably still will. The new staff will just have to eat the hit that shouldn't have existed.
  15. I'm glad to see that even after moving on from Hurney we're still kicking the can down the road on players who should simply be cut.
  16. The Watson one stings the most. The Rams were a team that were a legit QB away from being contenders and they proved it. The Broncos are in the toughest division in football but they also look to have a roster ready to compete with a legit QB. The Saints and Falcons though? Hell, they're not in any better shape in terms of roster than we are. Watson simply looked at those organizations and felt more confident in them being able to build a team around him. Ouch.
  17. The only viable option I can see is claiming the asking price got too high. No one should buy it but that's the only plausible spin I can think of here.
