I just don't think Jones much of a passer but yeah, he doesn't have a chance tonight. This Cowboys' D is just ALL OVER the Giants.
-
Our first game may have been underwhelming but at least we aren't getting absolutely blown out on national TV by our biggest rival when we were expected to be a damn good team. Oh wee mayne.
-
People still complaining about losing press conferences and towels on sidelines are just telling on themselves. No clue how you could remain a fan of a team when you obviously hate the star player for a decade.
-
What about your favorite QB Tom Brady?
-
Oh wow. Cowboys with their second non-offensive TD of the game and it's still the 1st quarter.
-
I'm a Panthers/Howell fan. Howell just happens to play for the Commanders.
-
I was very wrong about Parsons. I didn't want another off the ball LB high in the 1st. Never imagined he'd evolve into an elite pass rusher. He had 6.5 sacks in his entire college career.
-
I shudder to think what this Cowboys' pass rush is likely to do to the Commanders' OL.

HEAVENS TO BETSY, LOOK AT THESE WIDE-OPEN RECEIVERS
LinvilleGorge replied to Carl Spackler's topic in Carolina Panthers
I said as much in the game thread. -
Oof. Giants with a great first drive derailed by a bad snap on 3rd down followed by a blocked FG returned for a TD by the Cowboys. What a brutal kick in the teeth.

I hope that's how Reich will work and not let his ego make him double down. -

I thought our play calling was better with Brown on the headset in the preseason games. -

Our deep threat was out today, but Mingo should've had a 99 yard TD with a better throw and TMJ should've had a deep catch with a better route ran. -

Those route concepts are pretty awful. A lot easier to cover when all the receivers are roughly at the same depth of the field.- 108 replies

I poo on Mac Jones plenty but that was actually a great throw in 4th and 11 and the receiver just blew it not getting two feet down.
-
I didn't see special processing. Throwing two staredown INTs late across the middle isn't special processing. I'm not saying the guy is a bust, I'm just saying his debut wasn't very impressive. Plenty of great have had subpar debuts.
-
I didn't think he could myself but I'm just saying it's different. TD was the same injury over and over. Jaycee it's just everything.
-
I can't comment on the 1st half but he hasn't played well in the 2nd.
-
I have no idea why the Eagles went for that. Could've pinned them deep with a punt now you're handing them the ball nearly at midfield.
-
22/32 for 170 yards and 1 TD, 7 carries for 34 yards. Missing reads. Just fumbled the ball away when they were looking to run click to ice it. Nah, he has not had a good game.
-
Oof. Hurts with a crucial late fumble.
-
OMG, Hunter Henry just make a stupidly ridiculous one handed catch. Mac Jones is fuging trash.
-
I honestly did not see this. As good or better than all QBs we've had since '19 is WAY too low of a bar for a QB we mortgaged the franchise to trade up to #1 to get since we've probably had the worst QB situation in the NFL during that stretch. I just didn't see any plays from Bryce today that showed me special talent. The type of talent you mortgage the franchise to go and get.
-
Not sure what the first half looked like, but I turned on the Eagles/Pats at halftime and Hurts is really struggling in the second half. Doesn't look good at all.
-
With TD it was at least the same injury over and over until they finally got the fix right. With Horn it's everything.
