  1. Former Cowboys are giving the Cowboys a fit tonight. Xavier Woods has an INT, a sack fumble, and is leading the Vikings in tackles while Everson Griffen is eating up their backup LT with consistent pressures and a sack.
  2. Sucks playing DB in today's NFL. That pass interference call was just great coverage and pass breakup.
  3. LOL! That dude is the ultimate muck dweller. He literally only posts to complain about other people having the gall to offer any opinion that isn't glowingly positive.
  4. Won't happen again he's says. Meanwhile, 30 seconds later...
  5. Yeah, the people wanting to spike the football over Darnold's very pedestrian game are missing the real story here. Gonzalez kicked his ass off. He was a difference maker today. 13 of our 19 points. Two 50+ yarders. He had a day today.
  6. No, he doesn't. They've outwitted him too many times.
  7. No you're not. If I had a dollar for every time you've posted you're done with me I could retire early.
  8. Better than Sam is an extremely low bar to clear. There will almost certainly be one or two who do.
  9. The only way I'd be okay with retaining Darnold for next year is if it's simply to avoid being forced into playing a rookie QB from day one if he's not ready. That's it.
  10. Winning formula against a bad team that throws two redzone INTs. You can't beat decent teams playing stall ball in today's NFL. It's what we're gonna have to do but we were so hesitant to do it because we were giving Darnold a legit shot. We've thrown in the towel on that now. We're in damage control backup QB mentality mode now.
  11. If you aren't top 20 in your 4th NFL season you're a bust. Plain and simple. That means you're basically in the bottom third of starting NFL QBs. Which he is. He's basically the worst non-rookie starter in the league.
  12. I'll say it again, you're not familiar with that poster's history in these matters. Why don't you start your own forum? You can moderate it however you see fit. Ban anyone who offers the slightest of negative feedback. I mean, you won't have many posters but you'll have the echo chamber that you seek.
  13. I'm happy for PJ that he's able to cash some NFL checks for himself, but he's atrocious and he's not an NFL roster caliber QB and that's why he's never made an NFL roster until his college coach got an NFL job.
  14. You're not familiar with this poster. Yeah, it's time for a change. You should leave. You're obviously not happy here and it's miserable for you. Pull the plug.
  15. The owner of this site started a thread recently about being ready to see PJ.
  16. I've already explained the fallacy you're making. At this point you're just making yourself look bad with these laughable equivalencies.
  17. Watch what happens moving forward. We've transitioned to a backup QB offense.
  18. I'm not the only one who sees the truth, hence why we've completely revamped our entire offensive approach.
  19. You're laughable. You're comparing Sam Darnold and Tom Brady now. You see, you EARN benefit of the doubt. Everyone makes bad reads, bad throws, has bad games. But the good ones do it a lot less than the bad ones. Darnold simply has never played at a level to earn any benefit of the doubt. I really shouldn't have to explain this.
  20. Yes, I have an agenda of wanting the Panthers to build a team capable of competing for a SB. Guilty. You have an agenda of wanting to make excuses to high heavens thinking that makes you a "good fan". You've let the historic mediocrity of this franchise change your expectations. I haven't.
  21. What is the "Prius crew"? Here's the difference. Cam had played at a very high level in the NFL. Literally an MVP level. Darnold has played at a bust level. What you guys who are trying to spike the ball over this game aren't realizing is that the changes we've made with our offense is waving the white flag on Darnold. We've simply realized the only way we can win is by limiting his ability to hurt us. We're running a pared down backup QB offense.
  22. I'd live to have Howell but at the end of the day I just want us to get a franchise QB who can have us potentially compete for a SB. You can't compete for a SB playing stall ball and I think that's why we were so hesitant to revamp our offense like we honestly needed to do weeks ago. We were hoping the light would come on for Sam. It's not gonna happen so now we're basically running a backup QB style of offense.
  23. We've had to redesign our offense into a stall ball offense because of our deficiencies at QB and OL. We've had to basically just ask Sam not to turn it over and hope our running game and defense can deliver the W. It is what it is.
  24. Has to happen eventually. Father Time is undefeated though Brady has put up one helluva fight.
