Kyle Hamilton is a fuging PLAYER. I have so longed for an elite safety. Mike Minter was a good player but it's embarrassing that he's the best safety we've ever fielded.

Lamar is 5/12 for 67 yards. A big chunk of that coming on the long TD pass. If they lose with him putting up these types of numbers the "Lamar in the playoffs" chirping is gonna get REAL loud. Like deafening.

Neither of these guys went to A&M. Mahomes went to Texas Tech and TT QBs prior to Mahomes had the same rep of Tedford Cal QBs pre-Rodgers. I don't think Lamar will age well but he's a helluva QB right now. Lord knows is very happily take either one.

But they have elite talent. They're what you're hoping to get with a #1 overall pick. Lamar has the "running QB" knock against him and Mahomes had the "air raid QB" knock against them. Evaluations have changed since then and they're both a big reason why.

Watching these two QBs really makes you scratch your head and wonder what in the world Panthers brass saw in Bryce Young to think he was worth the #1 overall pick. Where are the traits? These guys might be better playing left handed. I'm only partially joking.
