    I’m just saying, I get the argument to not take a RB top half of the 1st. Taking one in the second isn’t a problem, especially when you’ve addressed most of your other needs and need to put weapons around your flailing young QB

    Taking a RB top ten isn’t how it’s done these days…but teams are still doing it. Taking the top RB in the second is not a problem.

    We got a future 2nd and a 5th this year to trade down from 39, traded that 5th and our remaining one to move up to 46

    Wut. What we did isn’t really similar to what the falcons did at all. Top ten is way different than middle of the second. Guy that will play this year vs a guy that won’t. Big difference.

    Well there’s something to be said about spending a mid second on a soon to be starting RB vs spending a top ten pick on a QB that won’t see the field for 2+ years

    Ok, didn’t give up anything really, dropped our 5th to a 6th. I guess they were afraid of the Bills taking him. I’m fine with him. Now gimme JPJ or Cooper or a CB at 39

    I was starting to get my hopes up if Brian Thomas lasted til around 25 or so we’d move up to get him. Jags took that temptation away though.
