Some of those out routes are longer too and require a strong pass from the QB to drive it in there.

Rhule blames the D when asked about offensive struggles
Fox007 replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Not hard is it. Doesn't matter wtf the defense did for some of the game you play the who fuging game. And whoever(we know who it was) didn't take the QB on those runs several times in a row is as to blame as any INT or fumble or w/e. That's giving up points by not doing your job. The defense also has more resources invested into it so it's well beyond understandable that he would expect more from the defense as they've had more given to them. He didn't say the defense lost us the game he said some people didn't do their job that led to points which is true. I think Rags said something about nuance and that's part of what he's talking about...gonna act like getting a few turnovers means you can just crash down on the RB while the QB keeps getting first downs then a TD to take a lead. It doesn't and the coach is obviously going to coach up and fix all the issues. -
Yea hopefully they watch the film the listen. The players can tell when they are being sat on like that and we can see it in hindsight but also when they keep being planted and driving on our routes its clearly the plays that need to be changed up.

Can't even remotely compare Rhules pressers to anyone else we've had. Rhule goes over poo like how everyone used to say they wanted other coaches to do. Can fault Rhule for this or that but his pressers are easily the best and most interesting we've had. -

Check the post above you....morons always right on time ahahahahaha -
Last year Robbie was doing sick on slants and the team in general hit good slants...we haven't been doing that for some reason.

Commenting and trying to carry on a conversation about some poo you haven't seen or read is not something intelligent people do but common sense also isn't very common, agree there. I mean we still have people trying to say the defense was on the field all second half even though we held a large TOP in the second half including a 7 minute drive which was the longest drive of the game. -
LOL holy fug deep ball Can't even protect for short passes

It's because most people are unintelligent imbeciles. Like a few posts above clearly didn't even watch the presser. Low IQ morons all over -
Yea you just throw it down the sideline...like slant and gos don't require a lot of time nor does a short hitch and go. Throw it right after the first move is being made and they can catch and run. Also max protect...there's plenty we haven't tried. They keep doing these outs with RA so no an out and up isn't going to fly but other poo is just fine.

He's right, last two weeks they been sitting on our same routes and we haven't hit them with any doubles. Maybe going forward it'll happen but its good that the players get to express themselves. Coaches can yell at the players so if a coach is clearly fuging up then the players should be able to say some poo within reason like Rhule said.

He didn't put it on the defense he clearly talked about the team top to bottom. But that statement is a fact anyway "when you have the guys we have on defense with a lead in the 4thQ we should win that game" Facts. All draft defense All FA pickups defense All trades defense Be the unit that wins the game then, you have all the resources and no excuses. -
Pathetic. Not NFL worthy. DOubt they'd start at Bama

I gotcha I just mean I'm starting to lean that way...Rivera didn't start out that way I had to lean there too. Then he had his one season of "riverboat" bullshit so we thought he would be progressing and then nope. So yea it's not that he really is Rivera its just starting to look familiar.
-
Well as a Clemson fan I just saw Joe Burrow throwing god damn perfect fugin dimes against us and running against us like Hurts did the Panthers as if the Tigers/Panthers didn't know he could move either. Like I didn't come away from the title game thinking that Brady was some savant I was like yup Burrow is a #1 overall.
-
Right I mean I'm getting there with Rhule. He seems to be able to coach ability but may be worse than even Rivera in the 'in game' management.
-
He's had a few good ones but its the baffling stuff that outshines any cool/good calls. There is just no justification to keep running up the gut on critical short yardage situations with backup RBs. No justification for it with CMC either really but he keeps doing that poo.

Well this is who were talking about https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/trey-smith/62960 So your comment is irrelevant.

You people are so averse to reality. I always say these fans never watch NFL football but its clear they don't even watch our games. We held clear TOP in both halves
-
They are the best team we have played yet other than the Cowboys...and our Vikings games always are fugin bozo poo. Gambles backward pass on STs that one time and their LBs putting on superman capes and flying everywhere against anyone....yay
-
He didn't fall apart with CMC so that is the positive trend there. When the coaches watch film they clearly see the OL so whether we like it or not that will take precedence over QB play as anything on the offense starts with the OL and in pressers Rhule has countered any remotely negative thing about Darnold by saying "we have to protect him". They also know he was their 3rd choice so that is something else for the back of the mind.
