    None. It'll be the new coach's decision and I wouldn't try to force him to keep someone no matter how good or bad the preconception of them is. If the new HC decides someone has earned more time in the Carolinas, that's on him. If he decides they have to go, that's on him too.

    Building the team and then getting the QB(draft) is a good idea. Building the team and plugging in reject QBs is not.
