  1. With JB getting an extension earlier this season, he'll most likely be back next season. It'll probably be at least another year before he gets canned unless Ball and Bridges refuse to play for him.
  2. Never seen Bridges that upset before. Stick the fork in the Hornets.
  3. Capela has 15 points,, 16 boards, and 3 blocks in 27 minutes. He has eaten the Hornets' lunch.
  4. Ball is 6-20. 4-11 from 3. He does have 21pts though in 30 minutes. Rozier is 6-18. 1-6 from 3. He has 14 points in 27 minutes. Bridges is 5-10. 0-3 from 3. He has 10 points in 28 minutes. Washington is 5-8. 3-5 from 3. He has 13 points in 30 minutes. Plumlee is 1-1. He has 3 points in 11 minutes. Plumdog has 4 boards and 0 blocks too. McDaniels us 2-6. 2-4 from 3. He gas 7 points in 17 minutes. Oubre is 0-2. Both were 3s. He has only played 7 minutes despite being the best scorer off the bench all season. Nobody from the bench is in double digits. Harrell, Washington, and Bridges have 1 block each. Martin has the most rebounds at 6. Can't win like this.
  5. Maybe. If the both do like McDaniels does, he'll find them minutes.
  6. Bouknight and Jones have barely gotten any playing time. It's way too early to claim they are busts. Heck, they probably got less playing time than Horn did for the Panthers.
  7. The team plays the same style defense they have since Clifford was coach which is packing the paint and leaving shooters open which is 80s ball. Teams would rather take open 3s than post up or take layups.
  8. That's just ESPN reminding everyone that the Hornets are still the Bobcats at heart.
  9. I've been down on Fitterer for a while. He's either a yes man which is a bad problem or he's an even worst problem helping make the bad decisions the FO made last year. I also wasn't happy with last year's draft and their desire to churn the bottom of the roster instead of building the top and middle of the roster.
  10. The team has a long way to go before having to worry about that.
  11. Me either. The front office and MJ would be morons setting the team back years if they let Bridges go. Rozier and/or Plumlee could also be traded to make room for Bridges' new deal.
  12. Halo's scifi setting always did more for me than any of the other shooters. I don't game much anymore, but I've been playing Cyberpunk 2077 lately. It's setting won me over the same way despite the game's flaws.
  13. Season two has already been given the green light.
  14. The NBA has said something about dropping back to 72 games or so again. I saw they gave the reasons as being less nights off for the bigger stars and to make late season games more competitive. That might help, but I don't think it'll matter if a team really wants to tank a game. The only thing that will stop that is massive fines and taking draft picks away.
  15. Other teams have done that sort of thing before. The NBA should put their foot down on that sort of thing.
  16. They're going to take another corner at 6. This is the smoke screen.
  17. Sportrac says the Hornets have Plumlee for another season.
  18. Both teams have been mediocre throughout their histories. That said, the Hornets do have more winning seasons and have been trending up over the last few years while the Panthers have trended down.
  19. Paying Mayfield and Darnold that much is perfectly in line with what this team has been doing the last few years.
  20. Wow. It sure seemed a lot longer than that. lol
  21. It's been what, 20 years since the last winning season?
  22. The Swarm is in. Very good second half despite the TOs.
  23. Rozier finally remembered he's a good scorer.
