They started the year off injured and horrible in clutch moments. They are -6 in expected record because of the above two things and have found out how to win. That's why I said that he fixed a lot of the Hornets bench issues and created some new floor combinations that should work well and help Kon and Miller score when they aren't on the floor with Ball.
