I wouldn't be surprised if either team wins. People are calling it the "Toilet Bowl" lol

as long as we don't trade away any assets and keep acquiring more or moving up the draft board with pick swaps, I'm okay with it Not expecting anyone else to be traded but it would be nice if we could ship off myles Sanders

Exactly . You can't play the what if game just cherry picking the what ifs that suit your argument and not mentioning the ones that detract from it.

That's all I'm trying to say !! I'm personally waiting for him to have a game with multi td no int and 250 yards. At least once.
-
It's not even so much an indictment on Huddlers. Some other places online people are doing victory laps like Bryce just Led us to beating the Cheifs 70-0 in the super bowl
-
So what's the appropriate reaction? To say nothing? To shout Bryce is the best qb ever? To say he's still a bust he didn't do Jack poo? Where are you going with this

All I'm saying is it's one game. It's just my own opinion to not be over the moon for this solid performance and I want to see more against better teams. That's it. If Bryce completely transforms and actually balls out the rest of the season? I'd be happy. I'm not a Bryce hater, I just know we've still seen much more bad than we have good from him. I gotta see more before I crown him the franchise qb. I'm not going to do that in a game where he throws for under 200 yards 1 td 1 int and barely edged out another shitty team. We need a larger sample size. Bryce has had one statement game in his career (the green bay game) where he truly balled out. That's ONE out of TWENTY games. I think I'm just afraid of the worst case senario of being tethered to a Mediocre qb and not being able to get out of it. Being in limbo world where we're not quite bad enough to get an all star qb and not quite good enough to be anywhere near a perennial playoff contender. I want some clear answers and this game kinda muddied the waters for me in understanding where we are as a team and where we're going in the future.

I'm already seeing a ton of people celebrating like we just won the super bowl and Bryce Young just won MVP. Bryce had a decent game, against a team that owns the longest losing streak in the NFL. Great! He threw 1 TD, 1 INT , 171 yards (yes I KNOW the int was not his fault the Bryce stands are screaming this at the top of their lungs repeatedly) . I know XL and D.Moore had big down field drops. But those are part of the game. I personally liked the fact that he seemed to trust the oline more and threw down field shots. Yes. But can we not act like he threw 500 yards and 6 TDs??? Can you just say it's somewhat encouraging but need to see more? Lets see how he does against better competition. Let's see if he can do well against the Cheifs, Eagles, and Falcons before we crown him the king of Carolina. I think he's had close to 20 games played now. I think he had decent games in the wins last year with the game winning drives. A great Packers game. This game he played decent. So that's 3 decent, one great. 4 positive games vs 16 bad or atrocious ones. I feel like I just want to be the voice of reason here but people get so hot and emotional over 1 game. I see content creators who are known Bryce fans screaming for joy and known Bryce detractors moaning in sour mood. Let's just say he had decent game and see if he can do it again. We literally got shut out twice after that Packers game last year.

Yea, this game has been oddly defensive so far. Neither team is getting much traction on offense and kickers are missing field goals as well.
-
probably. But ill admit, he was balling for the Vikings for longer than he did with us iirc
-
Sam Darnold adds an aweful fumble six to him already having that endzone INT. He's not having a great night so far.
-
Darnold with a terrible INT in the end zone for the Vikings first possession of the game. Not even close.
-
Trevor Lawrence throws an interception in the end zone on a potential game winning drive. Yikes.
-
Geno Smith is shitting himself, wow.
-
Geno Smith is Geno Smith. No poo. He had a nice career revival in Seattle but he didnt magically turn into a HOFer. He still makes dumb ass plays
-
now we need a defensive draft that was just as good as this past draft was for offense with Legette, Coker, JT Sanders, and Brooks (hopefully)
-
The only remaining 1 win teams won today, both Carolina and Tenesee in nailbiters. Importantly, the Patriots lost and the Browns lost. So we're essentially in a large logjam of 2 win teams now. Saints actually jumped us. We are currently #3 behind NE #1 and NO #2. Saints are oddly starting to contend for the top pick now that we beat them. They own the longest losing streak in the NFL at 7 games lost in a row. Their coach is probably a lock to be fired.

He didnt impress me in this game. But winning this game was HUGE in him having a better shot at maintaining his place on the team.
-
I dont even know what to think about this game lol
-
Lets see if the defense can do something they havent done all year. Stop a defense to win the game
-
Bryce is such a god damn bum
-
Someone needs to step up and make a big play. Looking at you Legette. Catch the god damn football!!!
-
Legette has a very serious problem with catching footballs
