You can't tank with 6 wins and the Saints still left on your schedule. We could easily still get 7 or 8 wins At best we're getting some kind of middling pick like 14 or 15. There's way too many teams that have less wins that we do.

The best time to replace Bryce was right after year 1 when actually earned the 1st overall pick. The fact that we traded it for Bryce and it ended up being a historic year for QBs the YEAR AFTER we drafted Bryce was a massive clusterfug. Just horrible decision making by whoever made the call to trade up.

I know we're beating a dead horse at this point, there's not much to say, other than he's just not good enough to be a franchise QB. We will get occasional games where he explodes once or twice a season or leads some last second comebacks, but this dude's problem is he can't consistently play good football throughout an entire season. We've seen it over and over again for 3 straight years. And the shitty thing is since we've already won so many games we are in purgatory. We will likely see him yet again next year, for a repeat of the same fuging results we saw the first 3 years.\ ANY time there is any sort of expectations on Bryce or on the team in general, they FOLD. Every single time. Being a medicore team is the worst place you can possibly be. Because you don't draft high enough to replace your QB and you're not competing for playoff runs. So you're either stuck with your shitty QB or you run retreads like we did for several years after Cam was let go. We're about to be back into that retarded hamster wheel again.
