Pick up a decent vet in free agency and you draft a guy somewhere in 2026, doesn't have to be R1. Have both of them compete with Bryce for the starting QB spot next off-season. This about all you can do. We already won too many games to draft Mendoza or Ty Simpson , and I'm not the best fan of them anyway from what I've seen. Right now at 16 you're looking at LaNorris Sellers, John Mateer, and Garrett Nussmier . To be honest I wouldnt mind taking one of them, even if Im not totally convicted. Especially in R2.
