Wow. The Bengals' pick is the surprise of the draft so far. -

Sad to see Cam Erving going to that dumpster fire. -

You could be right about that after losing Polumalu. -

Czar Goodell was just assaulted by Danny Shelton. Quick, someone arrest him! -

Any chance Andrus Peat make it to 25? -
Falcons have told pot head Ray they will Draft him at #7

Interestingly enough, I believe Vic Beasley could put on the pounds to be an every down 4-3 end. He has the workout mentality to get it done and if he was still available at 25, he should be our pick hands down. -

That's true. Plus their coach was able to make Bruce Irvin work in their scheme in Seattle. -

Superb. I don't think he will be a good player in an NFL 4-3 system. You have to put on the muscle to be good there. I mean this isn't the 1950s' NFL. -
I hope we wouldn't take Shane Ray. I have a problem trusting undersized DEs ever since the Everette Brown flop. Now, CJ is undersized at 6'2", but he has put on the weight to be a full time DE. Dwight Freeney back in the day was great because he put on the weight. I don't believe Shane Ray will put on the pounds and get up to 260-270+. Like I said the only guy I would take a chance on who is undersized, would be Vic Beasley. He has the frame to add on the weight, and his pro day has shown us he's a workout warrior.

That's true, but he's not a very big guy. The only guy I see Gettleman taking with that size, would be Vic Beasley.

I pretty much thought all the talent available to us was pretty much 2nd round talent excluding Goldman (which we really don't need a DT) and Green-Beckham (who has character issues). Of course I would have taken Dorsett, who is right on the fringe of first round talent.
-
Some of you guys saying you only like Devin Smith in the second round need to understand no quality receiver will be available at our pick in the second round. Devin Smith will like go early in the second, so he's not a reach giving the talent that was available for us in this mock.
-
If I had my pick between burners, I would go with Dorsett, but I would take Devin Smith as well.
-
I sincerely hope it's not TJ Clemmings or DJ Humphries!
-
This is realistic

If Gurely fell to 23, I see the Panthers trading up and bypassing the Cards to get him. By the way, this mock draft is much more interesting to watch than that crappy McShay/Kiper mock show.

A lot of us are familiar with these facts, yet if this is the case, why did Hardy pay her off? That was a very dumb move, seeing how strong his case was. He could have been vindicated by now, but he chose the shady route of getting off. Anyway, I'm tired of the media. I can't believe they haven't mention the bull crap of Hardy returning just in time to play his former team. How Czar Goodell was a business man about his suspension through and through. The closest anyone came to mentioning this fact, was Bob Ley. Who stated it was "poetry". As though its coincidence and just happened. The media has been terrible concerning this case from start to finish.
-
It's going to get reduce to two games. I wonder if Hardy still says he's innocent seeing how the public is convinced he beat Holder and threw her on a bed full of guns.
-
If a lot of "experts" think we should draft 2nd-3rd round talent in TJ Clemmings and DJ Humphries, I certainly wouldn't be upset in drafting a legit late first round talent like Dorsett.
-
Yeah I don't get all this liability in coverage talk. That is media propaganda garbage. Firstly, Bama played a 3-3-5 defense. So they lined up Collins in man-to-man situations. Dude's not a corner, so yeah he got beat at times. Here, he will be playing in zone coverages, allowing him to use that speed of his to make plays. Even if you bought the coverage garbage, we all know Collins will be a step up from Harper. Though I said before, I like Tillman to play safety for us.

Charles Tillman, CB aka "Peanut" signs with Panthers
Matthias replied to mc52beast's topic in Carolina Panthers
I see him playing full time safety here, knocking Harper out of the starting line up. He's going to be one of those guys where the best years of his career will come at the end. -
Update: Charles Tillman signed by Panthers (official)
Matthias replied to OnlyPantherFaninMaine's topic in Carolina Panthers
He is one of the greatest turnover machines we've seen in recent years. Of course this will be a good signing. Dude created the "Peanut Punch". I for one would like to see him take Roman Harper's spot at SS. That way he can be even more free to play in space. I guarantee you if he does that, he will have 9 ints and at least 5 FFs this year. -
RUMOR: Panthers looking to move up to 16-20th pick
Matthias replied to @bobbyagnese's topic in Carolina Panthers
Amari Cooper is the only guy worth moving up for in this draft, and we should only do that if he falls to 11.
