Funny how being a fan can distort moral values. End of the day everyone is moving on.

I'm also fearful of overpaying but its seemingly inevitable to this point. Almost have to consider it him doing us a solid by agree to any contract lingo that be considered "team-friendly". Could also end up gambling with the option year then you still could tag him. Can't get something worked out by then you have to just move on. Ideally Cam's camp and the Panthers brass are at least in the same ball park if these reports are coming out.

Unfortunately players don't do that when negotiating their first big deal. : we really need someone like CJ to take that attitude.

I highly highly highly doubt we draft any player with alleged DV in their history anytime soon. Whether you agree or not its only being realistic. Talent is obvious but as is our owners perspective on the PR situation.

Could almost justify throwing Anderson's name in there as well. Not many better candidates beyond a league veteran who passed up an opportunity to be a starter to stay with the team. While Rivera isn't a player I'm sure he is taking aback for Hardy as well. His love for Hardy as well as their communication through out the ordeal is documented.

Probably Thomas, Luke and Chuck on defense. Possibly Harper to but that's a stretch to say the least. Obviously Cam Olsen and Kalil on offense. We don't have any "special teams guys"

I doubted beyond the highest of highs the Panthers would sign Nicks this past off season. I really wished that we could have all along. Don't let his flame out with the Giants or his lack of production with the Colts tell the whole story. This is still a relatively young player. Good college career, some very good NFL seasons... You sign him and you hope he's not next years Cason. While I don't expect it to be a Greg Olsen type acquisition, it could easily be Mike Tolbert. I'd gladly take that at WO right now.

Major disappointment! No time to sulk in it tho. Continue to feed the team positive energy. We will still field 53! "Their best 11 against our best 11"

feel like hes been a bit hot and cold. Definitely seen him "quit" on a few plays that went the other way. Would like to see him push through till the end of the play every time. That is probably what hes been hearing about all camp from coaches and veterans.

Riverboat!

He was our leading tackler in the first half with one near tfl. Also had good position on most of the balls thrown in his zone. He came in high and got trucked and Woods beat him but other than that the guys been very active and productive. Then yes obviously the INT is what you look for from him.
