Beware the offensive holding call on our line coming on this drive to completely derail things. it’s coming. -

Can’t have the cowboys coming into the commanders game with a loss. need those ratings for the Dak-Daniels show next week. -

Looked to me like Mike Jackson was trying to replicate the CSW play from the falcons game. Pick six on the throw to the back. he guessed wrong. -

I shook my head when they sent him out there. Thinking there’s no way. Eddie Dinero delivers. -
If only we had a highly successful veteran receiver in the absolute twilight if his career to mentor him through the highs and lows who also knows how to navigate the Bryce BS. Someone who was instrumental in helping our defunct qb play some of his best ball last year.

Map/Mock-up the Panthers path out of the cellar

They drafted incredibly well for two years prior to their jumping off. it starts and ends there. We have to start hitting on rounds 1-4 -
If you’re going to allow Canales and Dan to pick the qb, you have to be willing to commit to them two more years. firing them next year puts us right back into this cycle where a new coach has a qb he didn’t choose. It is a perpetual cycle of problems. if you’re not willing to do that, you fire them both and let the new regime build it all from scratch
-
For sure would have been drafted better the last three years had the fans voted on the picks.
-
I don’t think we should be even remotely entertaining the idea of letting this front office send off picks for anything this season. they made this bed, they need to lay in it
-
There’s no point in benching him. Just let him go out there and hopefully put some flashes out there in the far off hope someone may send a pick for him this offseason.

Official Week 4: Panthers at Patriots Gameday Thread
bigdog_10_2002 replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers
This is the day it dies. All of it. Every failure of this franchise is on full display. DJ Johnson looking horrendous play calling to protect a qb you don’t trust absolutely no talent on the defensive side of the ball special teams being so bad, it literally completely alters the game. when this experiment gets blown up, this is the game that will be looked back on. -

Lack of depth shows up with special teams mistakes. -
He is erasing his side of the field. Having a great start to the year.
-
We were down 24 points late in the third with a qb incapable of scoring quick and a defense incapable of getting a quick three and out. I get the thought process of getting as many points as you can.

Those Tepper bucks in Smith’s pockets doing the talking. He’s just reiterating what Tepper is venting to him behind closed doors. -
Six is the absolute ceiling I think. I could see a win against the following Atlanta this week (division games are weird and they are coming off a hard fought win against Minnesota) The saints game at home Dolphins, Last Bucs game if they are sitting starters, Seattle (if Darnold has one of those flashback Darnold games) I don’t think there’s any shot we win a road game this year (outside of a week 18 game where the Bucs aren’t playing)
-
I think the defense looking somewhat average today is a complete mirage. Playing zone against Kyler Murray has always been the smart play because he’s erratic when he has to pick a defense apart. There are a couple qbs on our schedule this year that are going to absolutely shred this defense with the pass: Love, Allen, Mayfield, Stafford. There’s gonna be some ugly games down the line.
-
The experiment is over.

His drops are so slow. There’s no urgency to getting to his back foot. with that said, it’d be criminal to not acknowledge these facts that aren’t helping him. Nijman starting at LT Corbett forgetting how to snap The lack or urgency from everybody getting in and out of the huddle resulting in the play clock nearly hitting zero every play (this has been a reoccurring theme for Canales-Bryce-Dalton) im not sure where this is coming from but it needs to be urgently fixed. The defensive line doesn’t have to worry about a headcount and is just jumping at zero, blowing up the line in the process Legette being an absolute liability in everything he does.
