Depth doesn't play unless the starters get hurt on the o line. O line has been healthy outside the guard spots. We are pretty invested at center and the tackle positions. We arent just gonna swap those guys out and find scheme fitting guys by next season along with other needs.

Who are we going to replace on the o line? We have 3 arguably 4 starters set in place already on good contracts. The only open spot is probably one of the guard spots.

Honestly, i think its just best to wait for FA and the draft as i dont think Bryce as shown worth it to make desperation moves now nor does the direction of the season warrant it but who knows...this team is gonna do bonehead things.

For the record, i will never have my head so far up any players ass to talk like this. We got fans ready to cut certain players already barely in the league but defending other guys who have done no more than the players they want gone. The fact that Bryce didnt come in and tear up the league off bat like they wanted is really screwing with people's head. Its one thing if you think he just needs more time and will improve but delusion like this is what gets challenged and you cant be mad about it.

Texans defense is underrated and they play really hard. Im honestly not expecting that much from bryce. This wont be that game.

So from i what i have seen the saints are not as good as people thought they were so why wasnt we able to beat them? Whats the other excuse for losing that game with a pro ready rookie qb.

Way worse is a stretch, we are talking 7 starts compared to potentially 16. That is a significant difference, Bryce will have plenty of more games and chances to improve his stat line or at least make it look significantly better.

I have said you cant give up on him yet....BU if he is not showing progress next regardless of the rest of the roster next year and the Qb class in 25 looks rich then you definitely have a dilemma.

Agreed. Was about to respond with a similar narrative. I dont care to hear about all these analysis who say bryce will be fine and blame everybody else. They probably were high on him pre draft, so this is expected. Nobody wants to be wrong about a player.

Not surprising some people not buying this, simply looking at numbers never tells the whole story the same simply looking at bryces numbers and stating he is playing well isnt correct.
