Finally found a diet that works

Cutting poo out of your diet will only work for so long. Eventually are going to miss it. I have watched my parents yoyo diet my entire life, and both are still obese in their 50s. Instead, just try to eat more "healthy" food. (Fruits, nuts, greens, etc) You won't have any regrets and you'll discover foods you never knew you liked. I've dropped from 225 to 145 @ 5'4" in two and half years, and ice never felt or looked better. TLDR... A balanced diet is key. Fad diets always fail eventually, that's why their is a new one every 6 months.

You are right about balanced diets being key.

Fad diets fail because they are designed to be temporary.  A real diet is a lifestyle change. Many obese people start a diet, lose 25 lbs or so very quickly and are satisfied with the results. They then go back to their previous lifestyle. Usually, they become even heavier than before.

That's not how it is supposed to work. A diet isn't a temporary thing; it is a whole new lifestyle meant to last a lifetime.

    • Lol Atlanta looks to have lost their young edge rusher, has no 1st round pick, a complete mess at QB, a new coaching staff… And we swept them this year. Says what they think of us.
    • I mean, you can only go so far with the propping up. When a guy's numbers are as bad overall as Bryce's you have to try to find specific niches to sell. It's just funny that they're honing in on where he's probably weakest to try to prop him up. Whether it's a pro-Bryce conspiracy or not, it echos my chief complaint about PFF's analysis for years. When your purely statistical analysis badly skews from the eye test of actually watching the games, it should be screaming at you that you need to modify your system not double down on it. PFF is awesome at compiling stats but their grade systems are highly flawed and they never seem to try to improve them.
    • Then why is Byce also last in other PFF stats?  The deep ball thrower stat by PFF can simply be flawed vs some conspiracy trying to prop up a QB on a team that a former employee now works for.  Both of these guys were also hired AFTER the Panthers had already drafted Bryce.  Trying to prop him up with a made up stat while he struggled would be a detriment to their own team honestly.
