I think the big question right now is the perception of value with this guy. The Redskins have a big investment in him, but they're now labeling him as broken since he can't beat out Cousins. What's an expensive QB worth when it's far from a given that he'll ever be worth a crap?

Even if it were a sure thing that he'd make a great backup, seems to me like that's the last thing the Panthers need. Anderson could start for quite a few teams. Right now that's more than you can say for RGIII.

      There aren't 32 legitimate starting caliber QBs in the league. Just like when we were starting Bell and Chandler at OT, did that make them legit "starters"? I mean, technically I guess it did since they were indeed starting but they sure as hell weren't starting caliber players. If you have the 30th best starting QB in the league, you desperately need a starting QB and there's likely backups on other rosters better than your starter just like there were better backup OTs on other rosters than Bell and Chandler.

      Name a QB as bad as Bryce who had their 5th picked up?  You certainly can name better ones who didn't have it picked up.
