Even still for his weight 225 is not bad.  Kevin looks like an elf next to Cam lol

Agree with what you say here.  There is a pretty accurate formula for estimating your one rep max from the number of times you can get 225.  It's 221.8 lbs + (6.81 x # of reps @225).   If I recall correctly from the video Hart got 3 reps, I'm not sure he could have got 4 without help so I'll use 3.  His theoretical max is 242 lbs.

To get 3 plates you have to be in the mid teens on your 225, I think it's 15 or 16.  It's been a while.
