Slow day.  Catching up on some radio podcasts from the past week or so.   Here are three with Panthers players.  I've not listened to them all yet.

The Sandland interview is REALLY good listening.  He speaks so well, and it's very interesting to hear him talk about what separates good players from great players in the NFL. 

He understands the importance of the mental side of the game.  You know the Panthers coaches just love this guy.  He seems like a true Greg Olsen protege.  Very psyched.

Also an interesting discussion of how the tight end position is changing in the NFL.
