Track record aside, I'd say he's more unlucky. Just a freak play where any other person in the situation would have likely suffered a similar fate.

By the way, a shout out to @Captain Morgan for a really useful thread. Not much time today for me to be on Twitter, plus my Internet connection has been lousy.  Thanks for keeping us up to date, and for including more than just Voth, Person etc.  It was interesting to also read Kelsey Riggs and others' tweets.
