Hey Guys

Not sure if this should be posted here and I'm sure some of you may tune in from time to time, but this weeks CCR Episode 82 has some good stuff you may want to check out about our Panthers. Mike Minter is a guest on the show from time time, and has some remarks about some the latest topics for discussion. The link is at the end of the post introductory remarks. Grab your headsets and enjoy!!!

We are back with Episode 82 of Cat Crave Radio! The Carolina Panthers pulled out the victory Sunday versus Tampa Bay. Now, it’s back home to play Buffalo. We have complete reviews and previews.

Jason Cole of Yahoo Sports joined us to provide some insights on the Panthers. This is an interesting conversation covering a wide range of topics

Panthers legend Mike Minter was back for another installment of The Minter View. Mike was rather candid with us about Steve Smith, John Fox and Jon Beason. You don’t want to miss this one!

Nick Yeoman of You Tube was back to give us the fans’ perspective as only he can. Has he patched things up with Jake Delhomme? Don’t bet on it after that pick-6 on Sunday. Nick also throws in his thoughts on Boom Or Bust and Pick ‘Em.

Another caller joined in the fun as we present Sound Off. What’s the topic? That won’t be hard to guess.

In Episode Eighty-Two…

- Sound Off

- Panther Preview – Nick Yeoman (You Tube)

- Boom Or Bust

- Special Guest – Jason Cole (Yahoo! Sports)

- Pick Em

- The Minter View with Mike Minter

I love the podcast- I think its great that a panthers fan has stepped up and give us fans another media outlet to turn to for information..

However- this board gets its feelings hurt when new episodes get posted on here.

Funny though, Zod said it wouldnt last and now John is well into his 2nd season!

Thanks AKPF. I wasn't sure why no one has posted these in the Huddle before. I've found the podcasts to be very informative and entertaining. John has some great guests on the show and Mike Minter has given some great answers to questions that are on most Panther fans' minds (good, insightful comments about Steve Smith's frustration and John Fox's future in this one). Good stuff IMO and hope more Panthers' fans tune in.

    • Yeah okay. We as an organization have been more patient with him than many. And there has been a small parade of guys drafted since he was, also to bad teams, that have passed him. Some have lapped him. As a fan I am out of patience but he gets this year it is out of my hands always has been. I just hope the bar is higher than it has been for him.    FWIW, XL dropped two passes last year. He did do some other bad stuff, just saying.
    • Except it takes those QB's a few years to develop because they needed to learn the mental side of the game and have it catch up to their physical attributes. Bryce was supposed to be a QB savant who already had a fully developed mental side of the game and that was going to make up for his lack of physical ability.  And his lack of NFL level QB physical traits has been clear as day to anyone who has watched him the last 3 years, mainly, he just doesn't have an NFL arm, he can't zip the ball into tight spaces or throw on a line down the field like is needed at this level.
    • Don’t recall seeing many of his interviews but what strikes me is that he engages and goes in depth. Even with the cliche answers as referenced by OP come across somewhat thoughtful.  Very likable personality despite being someone who can crush an average person like I can crush a paper cup. I knew Motons mother had a career at MSU but was looking on the google and found that Mushin Muhammad personally knew Motons grandfather.   His late grandfather was a professor at MSU.   Cool guy.  Interesting family and small world.
