Tyson Chandler is Trash

He's like the cheap little coupon or bonus you get as an "I'm sorry" by a store when you take back defective equipment.

The point was that you got your money back, but getting something extra never hurt.

Chandler looked better tonight, and I expect him to be decent this year. It's a little early to rag on the guy though.

way to early for this thread.....he is getting back in shape following surgery and missing 50 games last year

i would look for him to have a decent game tonight against the Cavs....we will play a much bigger lineup than we did last night, so he should see extended minutes

It's the 2nd game of the year. He has been injured. This is a stupid thread. No point of comparing Meka's stats either because it had nothing to do with the trade. It was all about money. He would have been gone if it were Chandler or anyone else. Atleast wait till the guy is some what healthy and been in the system before you make a thread like this. Also, In the end they will be just as bored with Meka as we were.

    • This is what I mean. I am not some huge BY fan. I honestly don't look at QBs the way a lot of you guys do. Right or wrong, I've always looked at them as just another cog in the machine. Didn't want BY or even a trade up for a QB in 2023. We saw in the Super Bowl how important the rest of the team is on any given Sunday. Now... so PFF, who has no reason to prop up BY, says he's first in 2 stat lines and Panthers "fans" are arguing why it's either wrong or a made up stat just to make BY look good. Even though they have multiple stat lines where he's literally last in. Like 32nd in the NFL. Some he's even lower than 32. Take a step back. Try to objectively self analyze. This is just not sensible.  Same thing I see with other teams' fans and their QBs though. We analyze every single throw on every single play. For every other QB, most here are only using highlights to judge. Makes a difference. We saw Stafford miss throws when they played Carolina - both games. We saw Love throw crap up when they played Carolina. We saw Dak miss throws when they played Carolina - and Pickens was putting on a SHOW. We saw Josh Allen win a game with 163 yards passing against Carolina, but if BY does it he's crap and can't pass for 200 yards. Gents... come on.
    • None of us think we're contenders this season but no reason we're doomed to 5 or 6 wins either. Dan has to have another 2025- like draft class and at least 2 key free agent signings. We're not Seattle but they don't win without 5 starters from their last 2 draft classes and Darnold and Lawrence in free agency.  Alas,  we'll have to wait one more season for a QB upgrade.
    • I've got nothing else to say really than: Ayup. Here we are again. Again.  All we can really hope for is progress. If we improve as much again, it'll be good. If we don't, it'll be foretold.
