not sure if it's been discuss before but when a team runs the wildcat with the QB lined up wide, can't you just have your cb lined up across from him knock him on his rear since it's within the 5 yards?

losing ronnie hurts....but ricky has been getting alot of carries lately....here are their numbers this season

ronnie brown -- 147 carries 648 yards 4.4 ypc average 8 touch downs

ricky williams -- 105 carries 558 yards 5.3 ypc average 6 touch downs

i have full confidence in rickys abilities.....he has pretty much matched ronnies numbers with 42 less carries. Ricky can take runs out've the wildcat.....also we rested joey porter, paul soliai and our left guard justin smiley on sunday.....so they are all coming into thursdays game fresh with almost 2 weeks rest.

why am i posting these numbers? well the first set of numbers are for rookie Cameron Wake....the olb we signed out of the canadian football league this offseason.....the 2nd set of numbers is from joey porter, all pro, huge cap hit.....and loud mouth poo talker.....

close numbers, whats the big catch here? porter has started every single game this yr except last week....hasnt had a sack sense september....and cameron wake has played maybe 1/4 the plays as him.

porter was benched against tampa....he was replaced by charlie anderson (1 sack and 2 forced fumbles, and cameron wake who had a sack and a forced fumble)

thats why we are pissed
