Pretty much. There is no way a normal, average everyday citizen could drive away from that.

Here in NC, anything over 15mph over the speed limit, they have the authority to take your DL's on the spot, and impound you vehicle, and lock you ass up to boot. Not that they always do, but they can.

damn, your laws are a little more relaxed down there, aren't they!!!!!

The speed limit on motorways is 70 here, but if you were caught doing 100mph they'd take your license off you. One rule for one...
